for graphically extreme you just choose the shirt where its just plain. Like the first one i think then choose a graphic and then you should get it. That's how i got it :)

You get the achievement for moving an object, and since the dumpster is the first object you have to move, most people get the achievement there.

Just find a rail, ramp or anything like that and move it to get the achievement
