  • It's midwinter. Thanks for the lovely performance of an unique arrangement today.

  • What a mesmerizing arrangement! I'm usually disappointed where soprano soloists are concerned. So many of them are "pitchy" with a forced vibrato that is more of a trill and half the time you can't understand a word they're singing. I could listen to these ladies all day and never tire of it. I particularly like Miss Broadbent's rich sound and the contrast with Miss Brinkerhoff's clear, bell-like voice. Absolutely beautiful!

  • Sometimes an arranger can get way carried away in academia world with just a nice simple piece but there is something about this one thats just infectious or almost haunting. I really like it and the group is just truely amazing too. Maybe its the ensemble along with the arrangement, Its just so serene to me. If I were to stand outside on a cold winter night and saw a clear sky with a full moon lighting up the the snow covered ground, this is what it would sound like. Love it!!! Thank You!

  • Excuisite. What a lovely addition to my Sunday afternoon writing Christmas cards. Thank you.

  • The soloist are wonderful.

  • Gorgeous arrangement of my favorite holiday song. The arranger is incredibly talented --- is that a student? And the soloists --- both incredible voices. I think the mezzo could definitely have an operatic career!

  • Great sound and technical and emotional. Good dynamics, consonants, rises and falls, and they all get the best sounds out of their voices with vibratto and open resonators. All in all a great arrangement with great singing!

  • OMG! I love it. At 1:01 into it, I was blown away by the lush minor nine chord (Bm9 ??) .....anyways, I never expected it cause I was waiting for the V chord!! Nice work. May you live to be a thousand-- you are gifted!

  • What a beautiful arrangement.

  • nice

  • Singing this arrangement with my chorus for our Christmas Concert. I'm finding it difficult to sing the last note because I get choked up at its beautiful simplicity.

  • Very interesting arrangement.

And, of course, the BYU Singers sound amazing.
