Every criminal should be killed immediately. Prisons are a waste of our taxes, and they are more inhumane than death penalty(you could get killed by inmates, or raped by bisexual perverts). I think that more countries should legalize death penalty.

It now cost $37 per day per inmate at the Indiana State Prision... Why should tax payers have to pay for this... look if you commit murder, then you should be put to death, thus sparring the taxpayers expense for keeping you alive

i have been in there a couple times doing repairs in the kitchen and have recognized several people from the show. its a whole different world in there. creepy at times. i have talked to some of the inmates and you would never know what they have done.

No you get cable tv in your cell, also minimum security joints do have limited internet access.

You get your meals served to you in your cell (Room Service).

You get cable TV.

About the only thing you don't have is internet access and that will be next.

Exactly what about Prison is bad? I'm kinda liking the sound of that. It's a hell of a lot better than how I'm living right now.

the only ppl who get their food delivered to them are the high risk inmates. the rest have to go to the dining hall, where you risk being stabbed and what not

As I stated, these inmates get 3 meals a day, a bed, tv, water, showers........but if they have kids, they don't know if their kids have money or food to eat, because they aren't there. Thats what people who want prisons to be incredibly hard dont understand is that the worse you make it the more the Prisoners take it out on the staff. Also Prisons need to have levels of severity to give long term inmates something to behave for.

I used to work at Indiana State Prison as a Officer and you have only seen a few women on this show. We dont hate men or are on a power trip. 99% of the women there do a damn good job.

I saw this video on MSNBC Lockup last year. The women are complaining that they were victimized as corrections officers, but this job is not supposed to be easy. the prisoners have the same rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness that they have, however since the inmates committed their crimes and were found guilty they have sacrificed and flushed down the toilet their pursuit of happiness that the corrections officers have yet still have the same rights to life and liberty.

he killed a store owner in a robbery and is serving 85 years in prison. the reason why he can't have a close contact with his family is because he caught three infractions while locked up. i didn't feel bad for him. i felt bad for his kids though. one of his daughter was talking about him getting out of prison and doing the right thing when he's serving a life sentence pretty much.

I Work in a prison. None of them are "ok guys". They are a waste of life, every last one. Even if they spend a small amount of time in the minimum, they still have a felony and cant get a half way ok job. Trust me dump his wasted life. He should just be killed. nothing more then a burden on society.
