@havinfun621 It sounds like a mite infestation. When a plant has a serious infestation it is often best to throw it away and start again with a new one.

My African violet is old and has a long trunk with no leaves on it; about 4 inches long. I wnt to repot this plant; do I cut off the truck, plant the trunk under the soil or lay it on top of the soil. Please help...thank you.
what should i do to keep them warm from the frigid temperatures? I think I have a heat rock, it was originally for my anole, but i don't know what i didn't or did do with it. Any tips?
They are usually grown indoors where temperatures are moderate. I suggest you find a warm spot in your home and they should be fine. You can put them near a window for indirect light or use plant lights but that is not as good for them.
