Turned out great but if I may suggest; use a cheap plain mask and do the papier mache on that wrapped around a baloon. that way you can do your work and be comfortable and breath easily.

Not quite a SH nurse but definitely your take on it (reminded me alot of the Pride victim in Seven). Personally I think the forms of anatomy should be there but twisted and that they shouldn't be bloody. Silent Hill's creatures are like the Cenobites in Hellraiser: they're long dead and the party is over. Hell is waiting for the torture to renew just to feel alive.

It was fine to breathe in because i left a hole near my nostrils, and it stays on your face as long as it's dry, and it's easy to take off as long as you soak it in hot water before you pull it off. :-)
