@Obsidian1392 Late reply here. Those shoes are made specifically for olympic lifting. The fact that they are very good shoes for squats are part of that factor. Looks like Adidas Ironwork II.
Taking a few years out from competetive olympic lifting to bring a couple of bambinos up so not too bothered about it just yet .. thanks for your comments i`ll post the vid of the 200kg success real soon i hope ..
i suppose one thing you could do with your "bent arm" problem is that you obviously only loose power if you bend them while your pulling, but if you start with them bent i suppose that could be ok, and it could mean the bar is in a better position for the second pull....

I have been admiring your lifts for a while now, I have watched nearly all of your videos. Your technique and the triple extension in your snatch is nearly flawless. Just a little constructive criticism from overseas, I noticed today that you have an early arm bend in your cleans. Take care and lift strong!

maybe i'm wrong but i thought those shoes were squatting shoes and don't carry over well for pulls?
