  • why god let evil exists? easy answer here...because GOD IS EVIL, use cmon sense please even IN THE BIBLE it said god is evil.

  • He created evil, because with out chaos the world can not evolve and learn from it's mistakes. Either that or its because he does it for his own entertainment. :P

  • Fifth, he could have created a perfect world in which evil did not exist but we still have free will. (God can do anything, remember?) But he chose 4 and decided to make us all suffer...

I totally believe an all-loving God would do that! :D

  • @TheVente1 if he could do anything than why is ever prayers been answerd around the world? why are there homeless people on the streets? can you answer me that one? if there is a JESUS *god* than why not answer the prayers that was said in the bible in the first place? hmmmm well sorry but i am a Pagan call me a heathen all you want but truth is your kind has blood on their hands.

  • @Laszroth Urmmm I was being sarcastic there :P Just so you know...

Maybe reread my comment a couple of times and you will catch it :)

  • @reelverse continued...but how am i to believe this? are ALL the sins that are not okay for us, okay for God??? but THAT wouldnt make sense, bc God would cease to be God if He sinned. it is just endlessly frustrating to me to see God cooperate with satan to bring pain to His faithful servant Job and to bring pain to Abraham when telling him to kill his own SON, just to make a point. it also bugs me endlessly that satan is called a lion seeking to destroy, but that God also calls Himself a lion.

  • @poetessbritt That certainly is a lot of questions. Please pick one and I'll be happy to respond to it as long as you don't attack my character. I already know I'm not perfect, I'm not the smartest person in the world and that I'm borrowing other's arguments. While I await your response, let me asking this one question - Is God's purpose for being to make sure we have absolutely no pain in our lives?

  • @reelverse EVIL to create EVIL?? so wouldn't God be KNOWINGLY be creating evil and therefore, be evil Himself?? also...if Jesus was perfectly perfect, as God is, how was it not a sin for Jesus to ask God why God was turning His back on Jesus? Why would Jesus even ASK THE QUESTION OF GOD?? and how can God have "Vengeance" to throw upon His own son? "'vengeance is mine, I will repay', declares the Lord"....then vengeance must be a good thing when in the hands of God?

  • @reelverse continued...ENTIRELY, MARKEDLY different with that imagination of His? and if, as i often hear, God was around before time even began, and He IS THAT HE IS, and He cannot suffer evil, and He cannot be around it....how the heck could He then create lucifer, who He KNEW would create evil and woe in the earth?? and if God could even create this lucifer/satan, and if God is NOT ALREADY evil Himself, how the heckola would He then create a being that would become evil? wouldnt it then be

  • @reelverse...first off..i appreciate the video and that you are trying to spread the gospel through it. but i have a well-meaning question (I am a Christian who very much struggles with this issue). what if there is a FIFTH option: that God, the Creator of MANY strange things, such as our earthly bodies, etc, didn't CREATE emotion at ALL..didn't CREATE good or CREATE lucifer, who would go on to create evil? why COULDN'T an omniscient, omnipotent God of all the cosmos choose to create something

  • Good video! God wants TRUE love, and true love can not exist without someone making that choice!

  • If god created everything, why did he create evil? What a prick!

  • GOD does not allow any sort of evil whatsoever that concept is foreign to his very essential nature, human beings gave birth to evil and allows it to persist through wrong thinking when the entire human race realizes that we are moral ethical beings who need to look beyond the borders of our own selfish desires and start caring about our species and the planet then all the evil and suffering in the world will cease but, unfortunately our minds our bent on doing evil.

  • You allow it by sinning, thats why god send jesus ( god himself in manform) so you can be free from sin.

  • ok fine... lets say u solved the 'evil' question. But what about suffering? Like an earthquake or cancer or babies with 2 heads or where a dingo will eat a baby?

  • Can you make a video explaining why God is so evil? Might makes right isn't good enough for me. I mean if God numerous times in the bible kills children and he's all good then what's evil anyways? Could have gone without malaria too.

  • @drewnut Is there such a thing as evil?

  • @reelverse evil without god is just an opinion of things we don't like. With god I guess it's what he labels as evil or immoral in his book. Also there is evil actions by sentient beings and evils such as plagues, starvation, earthquakes etc.

  • Or he could have just created heaven. For everyone.

  • Its not God who allows evil. It is mankind that allows evil. We as a people could put an end to evil We dont want to. We like our drugs and filthy movies and killing oh the killing is so good. Blood drinking and human sacrifice , we dont want to put an end to that while so many are hooked on it. God almighty is not in control. We are. He gave us the world and if you dont follow Christ, what should He have to do with you? Christ didnt come to get you into heaven, He came to get you out of hell.

  • @cleanmrbroadway You cant spell slaughter without laughter :P

But seriusly you seem to belong in a mntal hospital with that attitude, i for one want to put an end to killing and suffering in this world and i know there are millions of others who wants the exact same thing.

Also i doo seem to recall a certain religion where people pretrend to drink thew blood and eat the flesh of their savior and who has a god that ordered people in his holly book to murder.

  • @Sweddude Bad Logic. Millions of others just like you in a world full of billions. But maybe you can understand. That religion you talk about is believed by humans. the same ones I am talking about. The ones that have the power to end the evil in the world. along with you. However the forces against you are so evil you probably wouldnt believe it. The murdering God you talk about is not in control of what he doesnt want. He wants all those His Son counts worthy. He loved you first.Follow Jesus

  • @cleanmrbroadway I fail to see why i should follow the teachings of a god i dont even think exists.

And besides, one pair of hands working can do more good than a million pair of hands clasped in prayer.

  • @Sweddude All the working hands in the world will have no effect on the enimeis of the God you believe does not exist. Those enimies are the source of the evil you say you wish to put an end to. It would be so easy to stop that evil if people just believed it. Even if they would just humor the idea so a work could be done to effect some change for the good. All these years of not believing has not got rid of the evil . So just take a chance for the sake of getting rid of evil and try faith.

  • @cleanmrbroadway According to your bible I am an enemy of god so i dont see why i should work against myself, and its aparent that my idea of evil is far diferent from yours.

You speak of some kind of invisible evil that your god created and just wont do anything about while i speak of those who strive to do harm to others and who strive to throw us bck in the dark ages with religius fundamentalism and circular thinking.

  • @Sweddude Because you dont know where the evil comes from. You dont know who your enemy is. I never heard of an invisisble evil. You like your evil world to much. Those who hate your evil world are evil in your eyes. You call that which was evil good and that which was good evil. Those as yourself are fooled by the occult wealth of the world . Spiritual and physical.

  • @cleanmrbroadway Let me tell you one thing, what is evl in this world is those who seek to cause suffering to others and those who have the power to stop suffering and yets chose not to.

Evil comes from man in the same way that evil IS a man made concept that we label things that are bad for us.

There will be a day when we can limit the suffering in this world, but that day wont come untill people wake up and stop praying for such a day and instead get of their arses and do something.

  • @Sweddude Things that were once called evil are now called good. You see the praying people as an evil thing. However in the world of giving helps and relieving suffering they are by far the most successful group . Its a statistic kept hidden from the world by your buddies in the mainstream media. Your buddies in the world banking system who just happen to be satanist and dont want you to know what their enemies are up to. They will kill your whole family to kill 1 christian.. They are evil.

  • @cleanmrbroadway Bold claims, and where is your evidence to back it up? thats all you people do, claiming that regular hard working people are evil because they ont share your worldwiev and yet you sit there with your hand clasped, talking to your invisible friend and think that will make a difference.

When was the last time you helped feed the poor or helped the unfortunate get a decent education, the group i have started do that regulary and we get more members every day.

  • @Sweddude Hardly bold just fact. 10 percent of the Christian income plus additional giving. its expected . the problem is many Christians are fooled into giving to mega churches that in fact have been infiltrated and funded by the satanic gonglomerate. The same one that controls your oil and your media and your 12 trillion dollar bail out. Its all counterfiet anyway.

  • @cleanmrbroadway And where is your evidence for this? let me tell you how to reduce suffering in this world, gather a group of people, gather monney, elect some people who will be the emmisary, go to those in need and use the money to get them food and most important of all, an education so they can get by in the world.

Its up to us as humans to put an end to suffering, and it aint gonna happen with prayers.

  • @Sweddude You keep going back to the prayer thing. I dont think i said anything about that. You have a good idea there but you think its never been tried. The same people who claim to be so giving are the same one doin the taking. You are up against powerful evil people when you try and help those in need.

  • If we use the logic in this video, we can only think 3 possibilities:

1.There is no free will in heaven.

    2.Heaven isn't a good and perfect place.

    3.There isn't a heaven.

  • So I guess that all those boys molested by catholic preists, all those people killed in Japan, all the earthquakes, mudslides, rape, torture, etc. -- God created all of that unspeakable evil just so you'd have a "choice?" Yeah, all those suffering young kids in the world had a real "choice" not to suffer, right? All the victims of very natural disaster that has ever happened -- fires, earthquakes, floods, wars, sadistic perpetrators -- yeah, all those victims had a "choice". Thank you, God.

  • The free will defence, eh? That works, unless God actually threatens you with eternal punishment. If God is all powerful, why hell instead of you know, reconciliation? Then he is malevolent.

  • the thing i think is fucked up is ebcause the bible says we have to pay for adam and eves sins. Only because they ate the forbidden apple. i mean fuck off with the magical tree with fruit already. Dont test us then there wont be trouble

  • hey retards humans need to die.. dont blame god.. if ppl dont die .. then we would live a world polluted with humans .. so stop crying pussys and deal with it

  • Evil is used to test ones faith...God allows it and creates it for a purpose...its ironic though because i am still living in evil, and atheists hate me because they say i have no self-control and am destructive. Yet they will still hate me if i chose the path of God...atheists confuse me.

  • and God made a lot of stupid mf like yall

  • video is garbage

  • Yeah all good and well but isn't it hypocrit of God to make a hell?

  • Down with religion!

  • Crappy religions!

    Religions = suppression

Freedom for all.Stupid religious people.Still believes in something that was never proven. You idiots.

    FUCK YOU ALL!

  • Because God is an old man and can no longer take care of everything. You all just talking nonsense.Evil is the true power! Evilness is great.

    Evilness forever.

  • Haven't you ever made something even though you didn't need it?

  • @reelverse You mean, have I ever baked a batch of cookies and accidentally burned most of them?

  • why did god create anything when he doenst need anything ? that's not really clear to me atall.

  • why does GOD allow evil in the world? becuase we allow evil to reign over this world and since GOD is all good he will not have anything to do with evil which is why GOD is reluctant to help us we have become a disgrace to him.

  • God ordained Evil in the sense that he allows it to exist and he allows his creatures to do evil if the so choose.

But God is not the author of Evil we are told in scripture.

God Created universe and beings have always had free will.

But for every left their is a right and for every up their is a Down.

And so while one can give ,he can also steal.

While one can be truthful he can also lie.

everyone chooses including the first sinner (Lucifer).

We’re saved from God by God through God for God

  • How do you define evil? If it said in the bible that stealing is good, would it be?

  • @mattthew1957 If the Bible had it written that a thing was good, then throughout history we would have referred to it that way and it wouldn't have seemed absurd like how you are trying to make it sound right now. Does that make sense?

  • Unfortunately, the belief in God is silly, and to believe he created the Earth is outright nonsense.

  • why does God allow evil in the world,He invented it. He thrives upon it. Read the bible if you don1t believe me.

  • SO stopping people from killing and raping each other is like making robots?

Only excuses can explain why someone who "loves" you would allow ANYTHING to happen to you no matter how sick and vile. When he could solve the problem with a blink of an eye. Sorry but its true.

  • Confused, does god allow evil, because he cannot destroy it?

Or doesn't destroy because it's always going to be there. If God is battleing with evil why can't he kill it?

Is it because he is not able? Or he decides not to? Isn't he ALL powerful?

And why everyone calls God a he? I thought we are a distinct image from him.

So meaning evil people are an image of god too. And by the way unablitiy to answer question with logical reason shall be asumed to be lies.

  • @Hiyuu4490

Is there any way that an evil event can be used for good? What do you think?

  • @reelverse

Hmm...it can be used to trick people into thinking that 'God' solved it.

Basicly...if God is so strong he can't defeat the evil, for there will be no use for good.

  • @Hiyuu4490

I can tell by your response that you are not taking this conversation seriously.

  • @reelverse

It's not the matter of taking it seriously.

For I, want to really find out. The bible isn't really anything.

It's not a logical source to read on. It doesn't give me evidence that Gods existence is real. It only says he is. I'm just asking, is there a way to prove that he's been here? I've only been told he was. Basically, that's all I'm saying.

  • @Hiyuu4490 the bible proves alote of things.like whats gonna heppen in the futur.for example.i think before anyone ever invented the chip u injected in the bible said it.the bible also said the world will get worst and the technology will get more advanced.that is also true.it says that all thses things will mean that the world is getting closer.it also says what will happen in the rapture.people will vanish and go to heaven only the good ones.

  • @arrozcubano That may be true. But as I recall the Bible..is just a bunch of good morals and rules to live by. Traditions to follow.

  • @arrozcubano "the bible proves alote of things.like whats gonna heppen in the futur.for example.i think before anyone ever invented the chip u injected in the bible said it.the bible also said the world will get worst and the technology will get more advanced." The bible prophecies were so generalized they can just as well be labeled onto any event.

  • @Hiyuu4490 very good question, In the bible it says God made man in his own image, Evil exists because of Satan's pride of rebellion against God. If God was to destroy evil then He would destroy us because were evil due to our sin's and sin is the nature of Satan. Satan is a enemy of God, People need to understand their sin's and repent, Knowing that sin brings death, and so to demonstrate that, He sent His Son so he can Judge him instead of us. It is our choice to believe that and have faith.

  • @azar24701 "very good question, In the bible it says God made man in his own image, Evil exists because of Satan's pride of rebellion against God. If God was to destroy evil then He would destroy us because were evil due to our sin's and sin is the nature of Satan. Satan is a enemy of God, People need to understand their sin's and repent" Don't repeat it ad nauseam. if God is omnipotent, then why Satan?

  • @Hiyuu4490 Heres a BIG answer......ITS CAUSE OF OUR SINS!OUR SINS BACKFIRE ON US!

  • God created Light with Darkness and with Evil he forged Love

    so in short....

"God never created Evil for Evil is the Absence of God".....duh!

  • @BansangMalaya I couldn't feel the God-forged love in your comment.

  • @reelverse

    ^_^

im sorry cause im just having a bad day today with some "Colonial Mentality illed" guy whos username is very weird

    DX

  • @BansangMalaya no problem. Hope you had a better day today. :)

  • He doesn't allow it-

he creates is and causes it!

  • Funny. Old Testament god sent bears to maul children for calling a priest bald. He's a good and gentle god though!

  • Can anyone tell me why they believe ALL of the Bible to be true? I'm not talking about belief in a supreme Being, nor belief that some of the Bible is true or insightful, but belief that ALL of it is true. You may say you believe it is all true because it is the word of God,. but this merely begs the question: WHY do you believe it is the word of God? You may offer this or that Biblical passage by way of argument, but this merely assumes what you are purporting to prove. Please then, why?

  • great vid it explains things really well

  • PLUSSS IF GOD GIVES U ETERNITY IN HEAVEN; DOES IT MATTER IF I GO AND TORTURE U TILL U DIE??? of course it matters the pain will be real and i would be inmoral to inflict that pain or to let it happen providded that i can interfere.. like jesus

  • In the 1st and 2nd centuries AD many Christians were tortured and what did God do? He used the world's evil to make his church stronger.

Besides, how do you know that God didn't prevent a car from hitting you today? If he did, how would you know?

The point is, God doesn't prevent all bad things from happening because he can use the good and the bad in our lives to make us stronger.

A parent that prevents all bad from happening to their child doesn't have a child ready for the world.

  • good parents actually keep a balance betwen looking for the childs safety and giving him enough space... but god is off balance.some times he saves a baby that falls into a pithc some times he lets natzis kill exterminate millons of people, sometimes he gives a neede person a rise and sometimes he lets african guerrilas to kidnap a woman to be gangraped for days wile they feed her the flesh of the children of the village she was taken from, the day i readed that story my jurnie to atheism began

  • Again, because you sense there is something wrong with it actually suggests there is a God. If there were no God and we were all just here to survive and reproduce there would be no feelings of loss for others around us. In fact, it would make us glad that we survived and others didn't.

My question for you is this, when you found out about the atrocities going on in this village, what did you do about it?

  • The Bible states that the suffering in this world is nothing compared to what we'll have in heaven. The worst suffering is still nothing compared to what life will be in heaven.

  • @reelverse Aside from the unicorns and talking snakes and donkeys

and the requirement to practice ritualized cannibalism

we see that your god commanded his people

to rip little girls from the bloody arms of their dead mothers

and take them home to share them with YHVH's priests.

Yes, it's easy to see where evil comes from.

  • still god doesnt intervene to prevent injustice,,, if a man shot a baby 4 example he could stop the bullet while leting the man do press the trigger so the man wold still be able to choose evil wile evil having horrible consequences,, god could intervene more often t prevent injustice wile at the same time keeping free will like our won parents do when they rise us when we are young, they let us learn and do but intervene en some cases that wold conclude in disaster..

  • Good point. However, most assume that the death of a baby is the worst case scenario which is contrary to what the Bible teaches. Clearly, the worst case scenario is death at any age without Jesus. If God gives eternity in heaven to that baby, does it matter how it died?

The saddest thing would be to know about Jesus all your life and then die without accepting him.

Secondly, the idea of "injustice" requires there to be an absolute "just" morality which doesn't come without God.

  • well the worst case scenario happen thousand times a day, EVERYDAT that know about cristianity die without accepting jesus,, and to chnge this the only thing jesus needs to do is to apear and prove his existence like he did 2000 years ago,, i mean those guys in the old middle eats had it easy couse they SAW JESUS en his miracles.. we only have a book with both nice an repulsive theachings and filled with condradicctions no to mention NO MENTION OF JESUS OUTSIDE THE BIBLIE INHIS LIFE TIME.

  • The Antiquities of the Jews by the Jewish historian Josephus write about Jesus.

Jesus appeared 2000 years ago and many still didn't believe in him until after he died.

Which repulsive teachings? Which contradictions? Please explain.

  • the repulsive teaching about stoning children.. for being drunks.. and instructions on how to treat slaves.. and how to do with the lot of war ho and BTW instructing to go to war.. jusephus worte in jesus time i mean i the time he lived in not 5 decades later??

  • I can't answer all of these in one post. Choose one at a time that you want and we'll discuss it until it's resolved. Then we'll discuss another. That seem fair to you?

  • aphex, Heaven is for those who choose God & Light...it's how HE wants it to be. He's the Designer and He can rule his own game! u must admit the concept of Hell is a good antidote for Ingratitude! koss, a baby is baptized in promise of exposure to good treatment & Truth...which could theoretically be rejected later. if God forced a good thing on you, it wouldn't be good anymore...THAT'S Free Will! a present really becomes a Present when you open it!...trash it & be BUMMED when u realize it!

  • option 5, put everybody in heaven right away where there is "freewill" but nobody ever chooses to sin (the same way God has freewill but never chooses to sin), and shabam problem of evil is solved!

  • dont argue guys. its a nice video, you can't expect to understand things that your brain is not programmed too.. like if I typed 1+1 into google it would come up with 2, because some one has allready programmed the answer in. We are not made to kno the answers to things like this. You cant know sumfin you'v never seen or been too. God will have his reasons for the way things are just as the video says. God bless.

  • regardless if the bible is true that does make sence. you take away light you get dark you take away good you get bad (most of the time atleast) its like everything has its own opposites.

  • If the lack of evil in an enviroment makes it "robotic", which I have to make an assumption that by this you mean... Limited choices, therefore repeating things in a less desirable fashion... or perhaps having a less animated experience here on Earth...

Then explain Heaven. Do those who enter become robotic in their day to day happenings? Do we lose free will? Is it less desirable then what we have now?

  • Um...Question!Actually how did God make us?Sand or Clay?

  • OMG excellent point! I have been trying to explain this to Christians for years. They say that evil is required for freewill, then they say that heaven is a perfect world with freewill and no evil, so I just don't get it. Why not put everybody there right away then?

  • evil is a man made thing not god but god gives us free will to chose the good or evil

  • God created a world knowing we would choose evil, when he could have created a different world knowing we would choose good. It's up to God, if he knows the future, and is all powerfull.

  • you have free will

  • me and my cousin share this account so im seeing what he is doin but anyway, i believe in god and i believe that everything has a reason for existing, but it is impossible for us to know why everything exists. i have not read much of the bible so i wont preach, all i want is for people to stop disrespecting others beliefs, it dosent matter what you believe in as long as you think it is right, but we are never going to make any prgress in the world with everyone bitching at eachother.

  • Hi,

I appreciate your point of view but I don't think you've really considered the consequences of your position. Would you mind being friends with a person who thinks its alright to kill people at random? You'd probably want to know more about his belief system.

While this situation isn't very probable, people's belief's do have dire repercussions. Believing "The Simpsons" should go on another 5 seasons is harmless, believing there are no eternal consequences for your actions is dangerous.

  • i can tell you must be a very well educated person and yes i would mind if i had a friend who thinks it right to kill people and i would like to know why they would do this, and i kinda have a friend who does have beliefs like that, he believes people should be punshed depending on what they have done in life, and i do believe if someone kills another person on purpose they deserve the same or at least close to it.

  • The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh, drink his blood and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master and savior, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree. makes perfect sense

  • What do you believe?

  • i believe in evolution and the big bang. beyond that, i don't know. there's nothing wrong with not having the answer to everything. accepting some ludicrous story as absolute truth when there is no evidence to support it is just silly. there are about 10,000 religions in the world, all without any evidence. do you really think you just happen to be right and everyone else wrong? or is it more likely that they are all just made-up?

    peace

  • @MoronicEvil

you choose to present it in a context that does not make sense instead of understanding the metaphors that make it make sense.. as jesus told his disciples i talk in parables so that those who do not want to make sense of it can choose to not understand and justify their ignorance

  • "This would be a robotic world where all choices are taken away"

Do you mean that Heaven is a "robotic world"? I only assume that you wouldn't have the ability to do evil in Heaven, but maybe I'm wrong. If you can do evil in Heaven (unless it's a "robotic world") will you be send to Hell?

  • i like it . it is simple

  • amen - this video is so true!

  • By your lame attempt at a rational thought, you just said heaven is a place where everyone will be like robots; unable to make choices!!! WTF? according to the bible, in heaven there will be no evil! But to you no evil means no choices and we would all be like robots!!?? keep on worshiping your invisible, bi-polar, jelouse and irrational friend in the sky since it makes you happy, but please stop trying to be rational about it!

  • God did'nt created Evil...in Genesis He made the world and saw that it was GOOD...

We all have our own wills in life...

We aren't robots...People around us by choice do things that are evil and God can't do anything about their own will..all HE can do is to turn things that are Evil to become Good in our lives Rom. 8:28..

Anyway, it is our fault why there is Evil...It's just base on the choices we make..

  • I've found only one real answer for this question about God, evil and suffering. (Not there, if you want to check an article with it - it's linked in my account's info.)

  • my teacher told me exactly the same things!! i thank him to teach me the loving god!!

  • wait i just cried, thanks!

  • this put a smile on my face, you did such a good job with this. i could almost feel the tears going down my face. thanks for this.

  • ehhhh...

Your logic is flawed. We choose form good and evil, sure. Problem is to go to your heaven, we have to be "good" in the eyes of your God or burn eternerally in Hell, well until he destroys it that is. So whats the point of making evil if all he wants is good? I suppose you say to "test" people, but what does that make us? Was he bored and wanted to have something to play with? Seems kinda sick.

  • For those who are still unclear:

We are the ones who create most evil.

The people told God that they didn't need him.

The people told him to shove off. The people twisted the facts and blamed everything on God when really it was us that caused our world to be in complete turmoil.

So...the only thing God did was let the people have what they want.

Now look at the world and what we made it become...

  • ohhh wisdom ..thank you...wisdom from God..this is toooo good. amen.

  • Thank you.

  • I found one wise answer for the question above, it's in article, that is linked in my account's info.

  • are you saying that a loving god would allow little babies to die in their beds?

  • All people die, old and young and God allows every death. The issue isn't death, it's what happens after death that's important. God's grace allows for children to spend eternity in heaven.

A life time or an eternity, which should be our greater concern?

  • Even if they are not baptized? What about the original sin?

If that is not a consideration... then how come babies are commonly baptized and considered christian if there is no worry about the original sin.

  • "evil" isnt only expressed in our choices

Evil is also babies dying in their cribs

evil is also the Cruel system of nature, where hundreds of thousands of animals are being ripped apart every day (sometimes while being alive)

Evil is also Tsunamies, Volcanoes, and other Atrocities

Evil is when god ordered bears to rip apart 42 children just because they mocked his prophet

if the biblical god exists, he is pure, refined evil

  • Is there such a thing as evil?

  • God created evil.

  • God didnt create evil.

God created a choice for humans to choose between being good or evil.

we humans can tell the difference between what is god and what is evil.

if a human kills a human , he is fully aware that he has brought pain and suffering to an un suspecting victim.

An animal that kils an another animal doesnt know that the other animal sufferd.

we are cursed with the burden of sin , because we know of good and evil.

  • I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. (Isaiah 45:7

  • technically speaking:

when he created everything he saw that everything he created was good , therefore it contradicts that verse.

man was the creator of evil.

  • it dosnt contradict the verse it simply reafirms that god wanted evil to exist from the day he created the universe. and if man created evil them men are able to create an oposing power to god that in the modern world equals his power, wich makes god less then all powerfull.

  • If god created evil or if he made whatever it was that created evil (man, satan, etc), it still makes god evil for creating something he knew would create evil!!! My, what a loving and sadistic god you believe in!

  • this guy is right.

  • God never made evil......Evil made its self which is the devil. The devil was once an angel his name was Lucifer he was a special angel of God. Then it got to him that he was more perfect then God. He ruled over some angels in heaven God did not like that so sent him out of heaven over to earth and thats were the evil started because of the devil.

  • Try actually reading your bible before preaching it to me!

    Isaiah 45:7

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and CREATE EVIL. I the LORD do all these things.

  • @raistlin072, in Affectionate Love, when everyone was already condemned, there was no distinction. When reconciliation is accomplished, whoever refuses to receive it becomes actively evil. This is how evil is created, in contrast to mere ignorance. Yâ-hwéh causes to be what He planned, utilizing all He caused to exist directly and indirectly, using the undesirable as controlled opposition like the thumb of a master Potter. Spiritual meaning: the explanation why He uses vessels designed for...

  • ...destruction to display His wrath, while preserving other vessels He chooses to display His mercy, to persuade the heathen masses seeing this to convert. (Romans 9:20-24). You are also quoting from the "flying scroll" made for the Lie, exposed in ZkharYâhu (Zechariah) Chapter 5:1-11, Jeremiah 8:8-9. Look up even in any good dictionary, the Hebrew origin of the word 'baal', you will see 'lord' there. Lord=Baal. Open and read the preface of the many establishment [per]versions, especially..

  • ..the NIV, which clearly exposes itself, stating how they chose to use the "DEVICE", 'Lord', IN PLACE OF [what they refer to as..] "THAT" name [HIS true name]! Now, the "Many" are deceived into proclaiming THEIR 'book', as HIS Word, which is a lie, a false statement. Is His name "Bible" [Greek for 'book', a Phoenician fertility goddess]? Read Disclosure/Rev 19:13, His NAME is called the Word, ONE Word, ONE name [Acts 4:12], not THEIR book. The "Many" are deceived to invoke the Lie for knowledge.

  • If there is no such thing as evil, why would you create a video trying to rationalize evil in the world... in the first place?

  • Perfect video.....love it.I will definitely add this video to my favorites list.

  • God may be both evil and good. he's responsible for both. if God knows the beginning and the end, then, he knew about evil, and he allowed it anyway. we may be just another video game. If God didn't create evil, that also means that God did not create everything, so, is there another God besides our God?

  • God knew we would choose evil. He had to allow it, other wise we cannot choose to love. Love cannot be expressed when it is forced. God had to make another choice possible for us to choose Him.

  • If God "had" to allow evil then God is not all powerful and omnipotent. A God that is not omnipotent is not God. God therefore cannot exist if he is a loving God because a loving omnipotent God would not allow evil to exist. Evil cannot only exist if an omnipotent God allows it. So God must be evil if he does exist otherwise he cannot possibly exist.

  • Please explain why an omnipotent and all powerful God cannot allow evil?

  • If the omnipotent and all powerful God is evil he can allow evil. If God was a loving God he could not possible allow evil and remain a loving God. So God must be evil.

  • On the other hand if God is evil he can make the evil worse by creating good men telling them God loves them and then inflicting misery upon them. Or he could invent Christianity, Islam and all the other crazy religions in order to maximise evil on earth.

  • Why create a species that is inherently evil? He is all powerful, capable of anything, and is perfect. And, in that respect, is it not stated that we were created in his own image?

  • The difference between good and evil is a human concept.

  • Where in the world is killing a child a good thing?

  • I'm not saying it's a good thing. I'm saying that in the animal kingdom, there is no right or wrong. Say a carnivore is tremendously hungry and kills a baby zebra, plays around with it for a bit and then decides to eat it. This is not good or evil, it's just necessary for the survival of the species.

  • The world where only good exists does not necessarily entail a "robotic world" with no free will. We would still be able to make good AND better choices. There is also a huge difference between just calling everything "good" and actually having a world where everything IS good. In a world that is truly good, with no evil, "killing, (and) stealing" would not exist because they ARE evil.

You should try to make your arguments less open ended.

  • so when chang dose come the glory gose to all of us. And heaven as our reward. That's why im trying to help you. But you dont listen.

  • You what to know why we are with God. 1. satin want's us to go to hell. Good what's you to go to a place of peace, no pain, no fear. 2. satin made a world of evil. God made a world of peace and love. What is it going to take to get your attention. To make you love god?

  • How can you try to justify yourself living in sin are you gona wate to deside your fate till is to late pople make the world the way it it is Not god in the begining of the BIBLE he did make a world of good want satan he makes the world the way it is And the world is not evel is the pople in it that are not with god Your in the world doing what the devil wants you to the devel whats you to go to hell Dont let him get in your head your coming at us as if we are suppost to chang

  • Sorry. I don't really understand what you wrote. I think you said something about us changing our ways. The Holy Spirit will guide us in our change into the character of Christ, we are suppose to obey His directing in our lives so when change does happen, the glory goes to Him, not us.

  • The "King James Bible : versus yours, whatever version that is.? Which one is right ?? Peace !!

  • That is YOUR interpretation sir. Without any footnote, one has to read what is there, and not the interpretations of fallible humans.Furthermore this statement is in complete concordance with other bible texts, that God created EVERYTHING. Peace !!

  • "I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things." Isa 45:7 No mention of evil or a footnote. I guess Biblical scholars agree with me. Interesting how that works.

My interpretation makes sense with the rest of the Bible and the conext. Where as you take a verse out of context and give it a meaning that is in contrast to the entire book.

  • Isaiah 45:7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things" Peace !!

  • I looked up the verse in Hebrew and found that the word for evil (ra') has multiple meanings (about 8). It can also mean bad situations, distress, adversity, etc.

The way you are using the word "evil" and the way the translators used the word "evil" are different.

Look at the verse, it's using a contrast; light-darkness, peace-evil. The translators were using "evil" to mean the absence of peace or adversity, calamity.

  • A loving father would never subject his children willfully to evil.Preaching otherwise is bull.People are not evil. Sorry I can`t endorse such a negative view even if I don`t have faith.Peace !!

  • because we are the evil ones we are the ones that allow evil to happend

  • Love that absolute authority you assert as to the nature of the universe. & they call atheists arrogant. Topics to consider for future videos: The Euthephro Riddle, the role of non-man made evil such as suffering caused by natural disasters, the necessity of sacrifice such as of God's only son when god makes the rules & could have simply said, "I forgive you," the justification for eternal punishment rather than FAIR punishment, god's old testament barbarism, god's new testament barbarism, etc.

  • Truth, by nature, is arrogant because it doen'st allow it's opposite to be true. As for the other suggestions...thanks. I was looking for more ideas. I'll be sure to send you a link when they are ready. Thanks again.

    Adrian

  • I agree with you about truth, but clearly I disagree with you as to what that truth is. I've subscribed to your videos. If you do decide to make more addressing the deeper moral questions, I look forward to seeing them.

  • I don't understand where you are coming from. Truth is arrogant because its opposite is not allowed?

So fake, untrue things/ideas should be allowed because its unfair or rude? How much weight in consideration or belief as fact should these fake things be allowed and touted as?

Okay then, I believe in Unicorns... and to say that it does not exist as truth is arrogant on your part.

  • god is a contagious delusion responsible for more evil than any other human concept, misconcept

or group of consentual actions however inspired, conspired or instigated... The probability of

there being a 'god' as defined by religion is so slim as to be unworthy of any intellectual consideration... A belief in such is no more than a manifestation of the frailty of our existence and ignorance... A more honest answer is "As yet we do not know"...

  • I've long thought evil was the grain of sand that produced the pearl. The lesson of the story of the Fall is that true humanity is only achievable by going through the choice between the concepts of good and evil - and making them realities. And then God brings us even closer to Himself by adopting us as sons by the sacrifice of His own Son, Jesus.

If you want God to rid the world of evil, let Him - starting now, with yourself.

  • sorry but God DID not create EVIL!
