hey guys my name is Simo and i used to do australian Dance sport comps. if any of you would like to know this venue is at Shepparton basketball stadium and if any of you would like to watch some ballroom dancing every year there will be the Australian championchips know as the Aussies and it is held at Hisence Arena every year in december the is a range from Proffesional dancing from older men and woman and there is juvenile witch what the kids are dancing in it. It is a bit of $ but its great!

Same here I'm 13 and I statred about 5 months ago. I'm doing my first exam in a week and after that I am doing a demonstration in the jive. I can't wait.

Im 15 and have been ballroom danceing for 4 years now. The tome has flown by and I encourage all people to dance stick with it. I started off with no lessons and to this day have taken less than 10 classes (all of them begginer) I think that competition is way to serious although I have been told I am good enough (yeah right!)

I've been dancig for 41/2 years but have only been super technically trained for about a little over a year with pretty much a crash course too improve so hey just have fun dancing and check out my favorites if you don't believe me! For kids, they're indeed amazing! The one thing I've always disliked about kids' dancing competitions that all of it seems to be "monkey learns trick". There's never any REAL passion like adults have or real understanding of the sport.
