  • Hey, I have the HPS10 Oscilloscope and have a question for you.

When I go to setup the 10x probe with the voltage/ division on 1 volt (like instructed to in the manual), I don't see a wave. I've moved the trimmer both ways, but there dont seem to be any differences on the screen.

Ive purposely clipped both, 40 and 1000Hz waves. The wave on the oscilloscope's screen doesnt square off though.

What do you think the problem is? Do you think its the calibration of the 10x probe?

  • Hello Steven:

Any chance you could do a video on the setups you would use with this unit to look at automotive tests on fuel pumps, fuel injectors, variable frequency controlled MAP sensors. I've been attempting to use this unit to no avail. Thank you, Brett.

  • Hi I was wondering if I can use this for finding a dead channel on a home receiver . I was wondering too if i can also use it for tracing a circuit for finding the voltage on it . I see it easy to use .

  • i have a noob question,whats the difference between the HPS10

    and the HPS10SE

  • Hi Steven.

Do you think this is a good unit for testing zapper frequencies?

That's all I will use it for.

    Thanks

  • Appreciate your good work.
