Oh, wow. Beautiful! Just found this linked from the WoodenBoat Facebook page. This vid was apparently shot in 1987? (Thats if I got the math right from the part about the old dame born in 1891...)
I'm now also remembering a WB mag article on these stern-steerers that must have been around that time. Gonna hafta go dig that one out.
