I have studied at a university and at an intensive language school in Japan for 4 years. I play with the Japanese version... good to keep me from forgetting Japanese, you know. There's always online. I'm sure there are some boards up with people waiting to play. That's how I found people to play with.

aah, that's exactly what I was hoping to do (visit a US version of Animal Crossing). However, Nintendo set it up so it's impossible. You can't enter American codes in the Japanese version and vice versa. But I'll be sure to message you when it comes out for Wii!

Animal Crossing is a simple life simulation. The big charm about Animal Crossing is that it has different challenges like fishing, catching bugs, and trading items that's not quite action packed but it is relaxing and satisfying. When a lot of people play games they enjoy a different reality in the video game. I think people that like this game are enjoying a slow, simple, carefree life with simple challenges in a virtual world.

Yes the DS Lite has come out already. Just not in North America. It's coming to North America in June.
