I-405 is a freeway in two different states, California and Washington.

No this is not real and not from the 1964 Anchorage earthquake. True, there were some very big cracks because I've seen those pictures. However, you will not find any documented videos of the quake during the time, only afterward showing the devastation. Most pictures and video back then were in black and white. And yes, cracks, but not holes that suddenly appear.
