Man, I wish my old computer was still working, I still have the disc for this. God, I hated Frogger Goes Skiing when I was younger, I only managed to pass it a few years ago when I tried the game again.

Frogger Goes skiing is EASY, I just beat it again. It's not that difficult to control the sliding ratios and avoid the spiders and bats.

Dark Dark Cavern wasn't too bad, but I don't even remember how long it took me to pass Frogger Goes Skiing! Webs Cavern wasn't too bad, but it did take me a while to see where the baby frogs were.

This game is so fun yo, I really have some good memories. I hated the skating part, it was so hard but I was only like in the 2nd grade, so I think I was pretty good for someone of 2nd - 3rd grade level finishing this game with all the accomplishments. This game is so fucking hard. I had it when I was a kid in the 1990s and could never beat it. I did eventually beat it a few summers ago but it took me until I was fucking 17 or 18 to be good at it.

the gold frog is in the level 3 webs cavern way off towards the top right. i mean u gotta go up into this big path towards the right of the main path (the path is to the right of the purple river)(you do NOT cross the bridge to get it!) after u enter the big path look for an opening towards the top of the screen. that should lead u to the gold frog! watch out for spiders! hoped this helped!

I'll do the cloud zone sometime today. The sewer and cactus zones will probably have to be split into two parts apiece (Uncanny Crusher is very tricky and Big Boulder Alley is the hardest level in the game).

This is my 2nd favorite game, my favorite is Tetrisphere for the N64.

What about Boom Boom Barrel? It's very hard to get the exploding barrel timing just right. And you also have Reservoir Frogs when the hard part is the Orange Frog, and Loonier Balloons in which you only have 34 seconds on the PSX (51 on the PC).

I knew it seemed like the times were cut down in the PSX version. Are there any other levels that have time differences?

I was originally going to do the PC version, but the music wouldn't play, so I went ahead and got the PSX version because I love the music in this game.

Boom Boom Barrel and Reservoir Frogs are hard but conquerable, however Big Boulder Alley raped me and gave me a game over before I could even get one frog. More than likely it'll get its own video.

All of the levels in the PSX version have less time than in the PC version except for the Retro Levels.

That's a double whammy...not only is there less time, but the time bonus is less, meaning you get lives less often. And here I was thinking the only difference between the PSX and PC version was the powerup sound and occasional lag in some levels. This is more like Frogger: Expert Edition or something (as if the game wasn't tough enough already). Seriously, this makes Swampy's Revenge look like a complete joke.

It's funny how they still give you way too much time in Dark Dark Cavern, though.

The PC was ported from the PSX version, so they made it easier for the PC instead of making it harder for the PSX. But, I'll agree a lot of the PSX time limits can get ridiculous.

@atrocity3010 The only way I was able to get the music to work on PC was using Virtual PC. Other than that, EVERY SINGLE COMPUTER I HAVE EVER TRIED THIS GAME ON won't play the music. That's saying a lot since I played it on a Windows 95 and 2000.
