when you buy it, The piece of cardboard in the box, unfolds and there is pairing instructions in side. Basically you go into "registrer new bluetouth device, click pair, and then hold power and the middle mute' button untill it flashes red and green. and then you wait!

Return it and say it wont register properly. tell them you don't want a refund just a unit that works. Trust me it'll work. Besides if you register it once it should be stored in the memory otherwise you have a defected unit.
