Its been this way for about 4 months now...or 5.

Back when YT had barely made the upgrade, people were outraged. They actually contacted YT, begging for the old system.

YT clearly said that the old bulletin system will not be back because of chains and "If you don't repost this, YT will delete your account"

I'm sure you remember that one.

Apparently, some people got fed up with those chains, and YT itself got fed up too.

It wont be back dude. sorry :P

i don't even know why they made all these changes.they shoul've asked us, youtubers first, what we would like to change and what we would like to remain the same.And the truth is that they only want yt to be a place for vids, not for friends.
