Holy s*** - I had forgotten all about the Michael Stanley Band! As a born and bred Jersey boy, I can't tell you how disappointed I am that a hard rocking band like MSB never made the "big time". We played Stagepass until the needle was worn out. I remember seeing MSB as a warm up band for AC DC at the Beacon theater in NY sometime in the late 70s. We couldn't believe that the crowd didn't even know about them. Funny thing was, after MSB left the stage, we walked out.

I have all the MSB albums.... still love them to this day!! Stagepass really was the best.

Man! First MSB album I heard was STAGEPASS! Let's get the Show on the Road! I have been a fan ever since I heard that cut at Southern Ct St College now a University. Back in the winter of 1977.

Got to see MSB at Toad's in New Haven, CT at Toad's. Summer 1977!

Such emotional stuff..I play in a Prog/Fusion band but always come back to MSB..over and over again!!!!
