Thanks for the video, I cant tell you how many times I've watched this now trying to get IFD setup on a CRM 2011 environment. I appreciate the attention to detail. One thing I would go over though is where would want to point your external IP addresses and DNS for a real IFD scenario. Also, i'd like to point out that you'll need to fix your Email Router Configuration after setting up IFD and all the Outlook Clients as well. Cheers!
@sunseeandyou The certificate authority is a completely separate system. You should really understand the different systems involved in making this work before working on bringing them together. Technet has a lot of documentation about it.
is it possible to install CRM 2011 and ADFS on same server where CRM on 443 port and adfs on any other one?

(such as: ROOT-abc-dcservername-CA)
I believe that "CRMDC" is a server name, isnt it?
