  • Im a die hard Cardinals fan and Pujols supporter but was disappointed when he joined the Angels but he is without doubt the best hitter in the game today and in the past. I still wear my Pujols #5 cardinals jersey up to this day

  • Pretty good mang!

  • that Ball was absoultly murderd

  • BEST PURE HITTER IN BASEBALL EVER RIGHT THERE WITH THE BABE MANTLE AN JACKSON

  • that first one still hasnt landed

  • @DisorientedFish,it's not so simple

We still have a great team. Pujols cardinal forever!!!!and go cards. Go angles, also!

  • Please take baseball away from FOX. It's like Joe Buck is on NyQuil during these exciting moments and he sucks all the life out of them.

  • I will miss you albert!! i know the family personally and for all you people out there who hate albert because he left, just stop. albert is pained by his descion and when i was over at their house once i saw him crying. he feels like super bad. and i bet if u were albert you would have taken the deal with more money too because that is how it always works. well i love you pujols family (Mr. Pujols, Mrs. Pujols, bella, Sophie, AJ, and Ezra).

  • giants shoulda got him!

  • he suxs only in a blowout 280 avg 2012 overpaid greedy mother fucker bible thumper pussy wooped ugly wife that says god brought him to la

  • @alwaysrt76 thats terrible man , thats not cool what you just said . God is our Lord and Savior , and u shouldnt talk like that . disrespect .

  • It's funny now Card's fans hate this guy. Ungrateful as hell.

  • @ChicagoFan32 hes never done shit in the playoffs except that blow out game and by the way cubs sux

  • @ChicagoFan32 Not true at all. Looks like your cubs are still scoreless...I honestly pity you and your existence.

  • yea! cant wait to see him do that in the BIG A!!!!!

  • before the first scene you spelled Pujos

  • The natural!

  • 3rd player to hit 3 home runs in one world series game. One short of the home run cycle (a grand slam).

  • and more respect!

  • Albert Pujols sucks balls because he signed with the a**hole angels. He sucks his own balls

  • @DrewBen10 U MAD?

  • @DrewBen10 and the cardinals are dumb for giving holliday 120 for 7 years while not taking care of Pujols situation who was getting 100 million. What the hell was Pujols supposed to think? A new guy who is good in his own right but nowhere near as good as he is and has not done nearly enough as Pujols gets MORE? If you wanna be mad at somebody direct it at the cards front office who couldve nipped this in the bud A LONG TIME AGO

  • @DrewBen10 Somebody doesn't get it.

  • @DrewBen10 Butt hurt Cardinals fan, get over it you guys did not give him the money so he went to the Angels. SIMPLE AS THAT!

  • Whoever caught that ball is LUCKY.

  • @jblast8 ESPN3.com did a piece on the third ball. It was a 20-something female Rangers fan who caught it then threw it back.

  • @MSUHitman At least she didn't keep it.

  • I love how this moron spelled it Pujos instead of PUJOLS!!

  • best hitter ever!

  • senior Alberto pujols !!!!

  • im still mad that texas lost

  • @3608lj get over it...the Cards are the better team! 11 world series titles!

  • 5 dislikes!!!!!!!Goto Hell!!!!!! If Pujols were on 1 of those damn ny,ill, ohio,tx, or ca teams then it would be be called a great feat.

  • only the babe and reggie did it before and they got candy bars named after them. i hear they are coming out with "the chocolate pujol bar", doesnt sound very appetizing!

  • i respect both announcers (joe buck, tim mcarver), but yes they suck...mcarver is old and babbles...buck always has a faggy smartass way about his baseball announcing...he sucks...nobody wants to here the announcer say things like: talking about football, complain about the length of the game, yawning, talking about fox staff and stupid fox shows, actors, etc...his dad, Jack Buck was the greatest...

the World Series should use Vin Scully and Joe Morgan!

  • @deeptime78 Gotta disagree with Jack Buck as greatest announcer. He is beloved by Cards Nation & all his coworkers & I never had chance to hear Buck in his prime in 60's and 70's but by time he was calling playoff games in late 80's he was exposed on national level as over the hill. His HR calls on Ozzie Smith, Kirk Gibson & Kirby Puckett are 3 most overrated calls ever. Puckett HR call has been used for 20 years to whitewash the lousy job Buck did calling what may have been greatest WS ever.

  • @industrialsun are you getting Jack and Joe confused? Jack Buck and Vin Scully are the two best announcers ever. Joe is lousy and he can do better,,,it seems like he has kind of a whiny/sarcastic way about him...like he doesn't care about baseball...his comments make him seem like he could care less...

what series? 2011? joe sucks...Jack is a hall of famer

  • Comment removed

  • @deeptime78 haha mcarver babbled long before he got old..he was the mets announcer in the 80's and did the same thing

  • Joe Buck is such a shitty commentator. He's good with stats and things, but I don't watch the World Series to hear him yawn during one of the most historic plays of all time. I felt ripped off when the Giants won the WS and we waited 56 years to hear one of the least exciting calls of all time.

  • Best player of my lifetime IMO.

  • DON'T LEAVE THE CARDINALS!!!!

  • @Luigi84289 And we ended up winning... I thought u said Rangers would win... Haha they didnt...

  • Yea!!! That's right!

  • Pujols didn't do a whole lot else in the Series( although he got on in the 9th inning of Game 6 right before Freese tied the game ), but this game was one of his all-time GREATS :-)

  • @dsfddsgh why is your baseball so good, but the fan base is the absolute worst....literally....the worst

  • Only Joe Buck & Tim McCarver could screw up the call on such a historic WS moment. 3 HRs ties Reggie? These humps never heard of Babe Ruth? Game 4 1926 WS Yanks vs CARDS? You'd think that 2 guys who spent decades in St Louis organization would be familiar with a part of Cardinal WS history. Furthermore, Albert's 2nd HR was 2 outs in 7th and Cards got 2 hits in 8th so there was plenty of time in a blowout game to do 5 minute Google WS history search knowing that Pujols would bat again in 9th.

  • @industrialsun

agreed the broadcast writers/staff for the World Series network should work harder instead of letting the announcers babble on about non relevant things or their non relevent assumptions for example...the current fox broadcaster's lack the fire and historical broadcasting luster...they sound like there just going through the motions...and yes they did forget their Cardinal hertiage and upbringing...

I say bob costas, vin scully, joe morgan, or dan mcglauphlin...

  • nobody plays ball like pujols!

  • NA-PO-LI.Ha ha better luck next year losers.

  • i'm surprised MLB hasn't taken this down yet lol

  • GO BIRDS!!

  • first 1 '' that ball was murdered'',2 ''he's got another", 3 one "how about 3"

  • Holy crap. A baseball highlight video on youtube. AWESOME! Go Cards! WS Champs! Wooo!

  • Hey, Luigi84289, how you enjoying that World Championship your Ranger won? Oh, that's right kid, the CARDINALS won the 2011 World Series!

  • @redilliop They won't be on here anymore lol

  • Cards busted a Dallas Mavericks on the Rangers what a come back. Pujols may not b the best but that night was historic. it was that damn squirrel i tell ya lol

  • @nawfyman1 Pujols is the best hitter in todays game and also the past 11 seasons...go check the numbers!

  • Pujols Rocks. History.

    Cardinals, baby.

  • ST LOUIS CARDINALS ARE 2011 WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!!! WE WIN!!!! WE WIN!!! WE WIN!!!!

  • Not a Cards fan, but I hope Pujols stays there his entire career.

  • King Albert! The Greatest Right handed hitter of all time!!

  • He's a great player, no doubt but seven years 210 million dollars,um No.He aint worth it and no where near 250-300 million dollars.Thats the problem with baseball they have no salary cap because it is not dominated by African Americans so there are no boundaries or limitations.

  • @isujames3777 whats your point mlb is racist? if so go cry to al sharpton and jesse jackson and maybe you 3 dipshits can make a commercial for the naacp and see if anyone gives a shit! NOT!

  • Albert had a helluva game on this night, but ask me if he is worth $250-$300 million dollars, uh No!Pujols is no where near the Michael Jordan of baseball.Sure he had a historic night, but after this night NOTHING.He is not the M.J. of baseball. When i say M.J. of baseball, i mean he can not carry a team to in a championship.

  • @isujames3777 I agree with the salary, but you are still comparing apples to oranges.

  • @dothefreakingdew You can't knock 11 world series in a history, 3 nl championships in the last 7 years....and a World series title in the last 5 years. In the last 10 years, 9 different teams have won the world series (the red sox the only team to win 2). The cardinals are one of those teams. There has been no dominant team in baseball recently. We've been to the pinnacle, you haven't. Sit back, shut up, and watch the rest of the series.

  • @mpd1187 I'm a Yankee fan so every other team needs to step back. 27 World championships. Need i say more?

  • @dsfddsgh Cards do it with less money. NY now can't win win all the money in the World.

  • @Dothefreakingdew Pujols is a better player than Arod and any other player that will come from the Texas organization. And Who gives a shit about the fucking Yankees? Theyre not even playing. No the cardinals havn't been to 40 world series, and they dont have as many world series championships...but they DO have a winning record against the yankees in the world series, only team to boast that. 4-3.

  • I will not ever argue that this is not one of the most dominant hitting performances of all time. It should be noted, though, that his first homerun came when St Louis was already up 8-6. The game winning RBI had already been batted in. While impressive, it is far from clutch. St Louis didn't need these home runs. As a fan, of course, it's fun to watch someone have a night like that, even if it's against your team. But let's remember that other than this game, Pujols is 0-12. Clutch?

  • @lakapri13 Pretty easy to dog an MLB hall-of-famer sittin' at your lil laptop in your spongebob jammies. Climb the mound and pitch to him, tough guy.

  • @bluewaterbk Easy... I called the performance dominating, impressive and fun to watch. If you are refering to me pointing out the FACT that Pujols has put up an 0-12 performance otherwise as dogging him, then I guess I did 'dog' him. If I, 'tough guy', were to attempt to climb the mound and pitch to him, it would be brutal at best. Did I imply that I could pitch to him? Nope. I don't have to. Other than game 3, my boys have done that...and I didn't have to insult you to make my point.

  • @lakapri13 Now that we all know who the World Champs are, let's look at it from a different angle.

If Pujols doesn't double against one of "your boys" in the 9th inning in Game 6, and makes another out instead, then Craig's strikeout two batters later is the third out and "your boys" go home with the trophy. I don't care what his series BA is, I'd call that clutch enough for me. Don't know if that's enough for you, but I do (seriously) apologize for insulting you. Series over. Check mate.

  • Albert is a beast

  • Napoli has been more clutch than Pujols has been in this World Series! Pujols has had 1 game with 3 homeruns and LOL what about the other 4 games so far? He has dont CRAP. He always hits homeruns when there already winning.. sounds alot like A-Rod.

  • 3 star wanted level???

  • All I can say is Wow best player that ever played in my mind and i am only 15

  • gonna do the same thing tomorrow night! Cardinals FTW!

  • @bigducey8 game canceled...ohh but tomorrow night were kickin some ranger ass!

  • Pujos at the begginning

  • After the Cardinals lose this world series there will just be lots of Cardinals fans crying and whining making up excuses.

  • @DothefreakinDEW the rangers have no one who even compares to pujols...he dominated game 3...the rangers are up 3-2 but this series isn't over! don't be surprised if the cardinals comeback and win the world series!!

  • @aces3123 You're right. I can't think of anyone in the Rangers' lineup who is 0-12 when it matters and 5-6 when it doesn't.

  • @DothefreakinDEW Sounds like a complaint to me......By the way, where do you keep your World Series banners, I couldn't see them on TV

  • @mpd1187 How many world series have you seen the Cardinals win? I know your about to witness seeing them lose more than they have won.. so go tell someone else the Cardinals won most of there world series 70 years ago.

  • @mpd1187 If the Cards had the Yankees in there league.. which have been to 40 world series then start talking to me.

  • LOL post a video of the shut out the next day.. or maybe even the next game there losing the World Series 3-2.

  • If this guy wasn't already a first ballot hall of famer, he is now!!

  • He's the best to ever do it.

In a few more years, he'll be above Ruth, Mays, Cobb, Williams, & Mantle and take the crown as the best ever.

  • i love that albert was called out to an extent for his 9th inning error in game 2 and his lack of "leadership" by not talking to the media....his response is 3 hr and 6 rbi (arguably the greatest WS performance ever)....he is the best player of our generation, and he does it the right way...oh yea and I'm a Cubs fan who hates the cardinals

  • @jcwegener1 ha i'm a lifelong cardinals fan who hates the cubs. ive been lucky to watch this guy grow up though. he came along as mark mcgwire was on the way out. and look what he has become

  • @TheMadeMan89 has become a machine...and he will look good in cubby blue next summer

  • Oh yeah Pujols! (: What now Rangers?!?

  • @TumbleGirlz We shut you down with pitching. 3 games down one to go. Colby is our best and most consistent post season pitcher. He'll win game 6 just like game 2. Pitching and Defense wins games.

  • @Luigi84289 Colby is a career .500 pitcher with a 4.99 ERA who spent quite a bit of time in Japan. Yeah, he's been effective in the post-season, but eventually, you wind up being what you are. Just like if you give Albert enough ABs, eventually he'll hit 3 420-foot bombs, if you give Colby Lewis enough starts in the post-season, he'll produce numbers closer and closer to what he really is. But, honestly, I can wait until 2012 for that to happen.

  • @rtydhg9q He's the most focused and motivated guy when everything is on the line. He was the lone pitcher on our side to win a WS game last year. He'll get it done for us. He's prepared and ready like always in the post season. He's the most mature pitcher we have and puts his feelings aside and rises to the occasion under pressure. His demeanor in game 2 is typical of post season Colby, stone faced and confident.

  • @Luigi84289 I really, really hope that's the way it winds up being. One, to have the Mavericks and the Rangers win their first championships ever in the same year. And two, to see the reaction in JerryWorld when Mr. Jones has to do the mental gymnastics of Mavs, NBA Champs, Rangers, World Series Champs, Cowboys, one playoff victory since the end of the last millenium.

  • @Luigi84289 He didn't win game 2. He was pulled. Adams got the win. Plus, both starters gaveup ZERO runs. If Motte doesn't blow the save, it's 3-2 in favor of St Louis, instead of 3-2 Texas.

  • @redilliop He won that game for us by putting up 6 zeros. Nobody can hit him. He will not get pulled in game 6 because he's better than the relievers and is #2 for a reason. Pulling him was an ignorant mistake. I expect to see him go 8. Pitching + D > Hitting. Having a big gun like Colby coming up after 2 straight pitching duels will be enough to secure this series. This will play out like the 2002 WS where the Giants put up 16 runs in game 5 and were then shutdown by Anaheim I guarantee it.

  • @Luigi84289 nobody hit Garcia either, and he went SEVEN. You probably don't know this since you're a Texas fan, but look it up, back in April, Garcia had 22 straight outs (perfect game through 7 1/3) at home. That kid is AMAZING at home. It ended with a complete game 2-hit shutout. If Garcia ever repeats that, there is NO HOPE for Texas. Remember, GARCIA bested Colby, by pitching SEVEN innings and 3 hits with no runs. This kid (Garcia) has PERFECT GAME stuff- just ask the Milwaukee Brewers!!

  • @redilliop Don't be an ass. Like I stated Colby won't be pulled in preference of the bullpen because he is better than any of them against this team. Garcia didn't best him now if Colby had given up that run then yes he would have been beaten but he wouldn't have. The only reason the cards got it was because of a bad reliever matchup which resulted in a single. We can pitch man and once it comes down to the bullpens we proved last night we have the edge.

  • @Luigi84289 WOW, you must REALLY be a fan, because I have NEVER seen a team win after having a PERFECT GAME thrown against them. Look kid, I've watched baseball over 30 years, I was watching the World Series before you were born. I've seen all kinds of plays happen, I've seen guys perform who shouldn't and ones who should don't. Don't look for your "ace" to come out and "dominate" like you so claim. You're just a Rangers fan, and NOT a baseball fan- pretty obvious from your ignorance.

  • @redilliop Fuck you judgemental asshole. You obviously do not watch baseball. If you did you would know that one game does not make a series. In 2002 the Marlins beat the Giants after having sixteen runs thrown against them in game 5. You've got a lot of nerve making those assumptions. I keep up with every team including my own. You know nothing about Texas ass face. I watch our post season games and I'm going with what Colby has shown he consistently does, dominate. Fuck OFF

  • @Luigi84289 Game 6: CARDINALS 10, RANGERS 9. WE WIN! You DO NOT keep up with every team, because you don't remember the 2002 World Series at ALL. Look it up you Gen Y punk, the GIANTS had a 5-0 lead before a GREAT comeback by the Angels. Look, you Gen Y punk kid, you're 27, I'm 35, I was watching games BEFORE YOU WERE BORN! I don't even have to comeback with a comment, the score speaks for itself WHO knows more about baseball- ME!

  • Comment removed

  • @Luigi84289 you enjoying that 2011 World Championship your Rangers won? Oh, wait a nimute, the CARDINALS are the 2011 World Champions! I TOLD you, I TOLD you, I TOLD you! You are CLEARLY NOT a follower of baseball, because I TOLD YOU that I've seen stuff like this in the past, ones come through who shouldn't and ones who should don't, now look who's the 2011 World Champions, it's NOT the RANGERS, it IS THE ST LOUIS CARDINALS! WE ARE A BASEBALL TOWN!

  • @redilliop Fuck you we came within 3 pitches but you're too much of a prejudiced piece of shit to care. People like you make me sick. You know nothing of Texas I watched every game they're MY team. We should have won but we didn't and people like you just point out how ignorant and biased most of MLB is against us.

  • Comment removed

  • Amazing. I'm still rooting for the Rangers though - but what a feat. Too bad Joe Buck is announcing, can you sound a little excited dude?

  • this shoudnt be legal

  • the best

  • ALBERT POOTHOLES

  • @Baklau007 sadly, your not funny kid. only ten year olds laugh at that shit.

  • Wow, historical and cool--

almost as good as Don Larson's world series perfect game,

against the NYY in 1956, Oct 8.

  • What is "offical" video?

    Offy- cal?

    You mean "official"?

    Moron.

    Pujols is awesome, though.

  • definitivamente el mejor toletero ofensivo de la actualidad!!

  • @vwartan22 We are. Game 3 was much too early for this type of game. We know exactly how to shut them down now and will continue to do what we did tonight. The scoring will continue to be low on their in from here on out. CJ only gave up 2 runs and Colby 0. Winning this game sealed the series for us. Because of game 3 we know what relievers to send out and which to leave on the bench and we know to avoid fastballs when it comes to Pujols and the heart of the order. It's 2002 all over again.

  • Go Tigers! we're going all the way next year! #tigersbaseball

  • @comeandgetit55 You'll have a better chance than this year. The Yankees are old and running their course with their current team but I expect to see Tampa Bay, Texas and Detroit reappear in October a lot in this decade.

  • Babe Ruth, and Reggie Jackson. And Now Albert Pujols.

  • GO CARDS!

  • Crank that Albert!

  • Somewhere Barry Bonds threw his remote at the TV thinking: " These M*tha F*ckas never pitched to me!!!"

  • steroids

  • does anyone know how many feet the first home run was?

I heard on tv it was the biggest EVER hit in Arlington!!

  • @mohammadzafar 423'

  • @mohammadzafar combined 3 homers were over 4 football fields in distance.

  • If the Cardinals dont give Him everyhting he wants to re-sign, then they deserve to have a Major curse,

  • I could imagine the crowd down there today got the rams and cowboys then when that let out rangers and cards will start mhmm maybe the rams will go to the gamr

  • 1st one was the most impressive. Dont think ive ever seen someone hit a letter high fastball like Pujols can. Napoli is a good high fastball hitter, but Pujols is the king.

  • R.I.P. Texas pitching...

  • WOOP PUJOLS!!!! GO CARDS! 11 in 11!

  • pujols ABUSADOR!!!!

  • 1926 and 1928 Babe Ruth

    1977 Reggie Jackson

    2011 Albert Pujols

    Pretty good company.

  • @UncleMikeNJ

Holland was on last night (he can't repeat-he's not consisteint)- Albert and the rest Cards will win by more than 3 tonight- it will be a Cards World Series won in ST Louis..Bottom LIne- Note: Napoli were was your bat when you were with the Angels?

  • @SarahsSeniorYear Nope Cards are on the chopping block. They better do better than 0 runs against Colby or we will win.

  • this is NOT HD

  • Albert Pujols... "EL MEJOR". ¿Que fue? Ja!!

  • i was there and i got a ball from him that night hes a fucking monster

  • ..... all 3 got thrown back, unless it was a practice ball

  • @autobotsrolloutttt Pujols>Rangers combined

  • @autobotsrolloutttt not one of those damn use common sense

  • lol good thing i told the guy to throw it back in the field on the first one, i was sitting right next to the guy who caught it

every home run ball pujols hit that game got thrown back in the field

    <3 rangers fans

  • @autobotsrolloutttt Haha you also had a faggot kid get ejected because he threw a ball onto the field when we were catching a fly ball.

Kinda makes your fans look bad.

  • @bloodl3tt3r oh no, he threw it after he caught it,

    and yeah were terrible,

did you know one of your cardinals fans that was wearing a green hat and a Pujols jersey threw a rangers fan's sweatshirt out on the field right after that?

    yeah, we are so bad.

  • Comment removed

  • that guy is fucken amazing! best player in baseball right now. and im a yankees fan.

  • That ball was absolutely murdered! LMAO!

  • @worldcoup you do realize that it has been scientifically proven that hitting a baseball (using a round object to hit another round object) is one of the hardest things to do in all of sports right? These guys literally get tenths of a second to decide whether to swing or take a pitch.

  • Albert Pujols is BEAST... that's all I have to say :D

  • man this got here fast!!! it only happened yesterday.

  • Can someone please tell me what all the fuss is about. Guy with bat hits ball. FFS grow up.

  • @worldcoup Hit 3 homeruns in a world series game and talk to me you pussy ass grass fairy!!!!!!

  • @worldcoup yea and the ball is coming in at 95 mph...real easy to do right?

  • @worldcoup There is a reason the average MLB hitter only gets a hit around 26% of the time. Anyone who denys that hitting a baseball is the hardest thing to do in sports is ignorant. Also if it was so easy to hit 3 home runs in one WS game then it would've happened more than 4 times in 108 World Series. It's an amazing and possibly once in a lifetime feat. Respect it because it is deserved.

  • @cubeydoo Your hitting a round ball spinning at 100 mph in all sorts of directions with a cylindrical bat. It doesn't take a lot of intelligence to see that's incredibly difficult. Anyone who says that is not tougher than playing any other sport is mentally handicapped or completely ignorant of baseball.

  • @Luigi84289 I wouldn't go THAT far it's not "tougher" than ANY other sport buddy... It IS tough, but the HARDEST sport?? cmon dude....you're REACHIN.....

  • This is NOT official

    This is NOT HD

  • bautista who?
