For all you non believers of legalization out there; there are different ways to ingest THC besides smoking it. I prefer to smoke it though. I love rolling fat Joints. As for fucking up your lungs. I've only been smoking for about 7 years and my lung capacity has gone down just 1%. From 96% to 95%. Then again I'm a tuba player so that takes a shitload of air just to play.
