We'll, I can accept that ending, not something Austen would have written, but still really romantic, not as graphic as a sequel I read to Pride and Prejudice from a woman called Sharon Lathan. I mean, that thing took all the charm from the story out, almost ruined it for me!

The UK versions ending of this movie is 0:00 - 0:46 of this video, which I guess you can think of as the "original ending" of the movie. Coz the US version has that extra scene which is the one you see here of Mr & Mrs Darcy at Pemberley.
