  • Like the use of bands so person can adjust the resistance by grip strength, very cool!

  • Imma try do tat do ;)

  • Interesting. Looks tough!

  • Great exercise. Works Hams, Glutes, and Spine Stabilizers. I will incorporate this into some of my patients workouts. Thx!

  • @MAFjournal it works the posterior chain, specifically the hams and glutes. Of course, to properly execute, you need a stong core to stabilize.

  • GREAT workout!! I love this one! :D

  • Love this video, great work:-)

    Awwwwwwwwww:-)

    Stay cool:-)

    GoGo

  • Exelent move and very well performe...i don´t see the problem as long as your focus more on your core...lower back and abs contracted...the harmstring will work by it self!!! well done. will have a go at it!

    keep bring it it up.

    thanks a lot for sharing!!!

  • this makes me want to stop eating devil dogs

  • I want to do that pal! 5/5

  • I like the eccentric ham strengthening. Curious about the resistance band strength...

  • I really liked this move. Using the Bosu for the safety factor is a good idea because its at the right height. Trainer Paul. I will use this with my clients.

  • looks like a good workout

  • This is a great exercise for the hamstrings, I do this one myself!

  • @caseyassist as with any exercise, it's not for everyone unless it is executed properly.

    Thanks for your comment!

  • Very cool!

  • I like it and will try it in the morning, then try it on one of my clients.

    Thanks from: Kenny!

  • Some nice stuff on your channel. As for this GH move, innovative. I do one like it that is BW only and you self-spot by catching on the hands and pushing back up. It is a nice way to regulate the resistance of each rep as you fatigue. As for your version, I would like to see it w/o the BOSU, to get a fuller ROM on the GH's. I understand it is probably there for safety purposes though.

  • that looks like it would feel good on the abs

  • seems cool

  • nice job

  • @bradhawkinson Nope. Sounds challenging though. You should send me a vid of that.

  • I LIKE I LIKE!!! IM STEALING AND USING ASAP!!!

  • Great video....dang, I need to get in shape, hehe. Thanks for the sub...I returned the favor. :) Janet

  • Great music

  • I liked your workout!

Can I get muscle in my abs doing this kind of workout? I'm seeing is like an isometric exercise.

    Cheers from Rio de Janeiro!

  • Great Thanks.....

  • good music to work out in,will try it...

  • Nice set up, seems to have everything covered from the band to give you a spot to the half swiss ball to protect you if you fall to the training partner to keep your form strict. Good work.

Any chance of a look at your lower back routine/exercises? It's one area I need to work on to recover from injury and maintain flexibility.

  • I have seen this exercise before and this is a very hard move. I like how you used the bands to help assist the beginner. I will have to try that out. Is someone holding the band or is it attached to something? Thank you for the video!

  • @nancymtb I agree. thanks for your comment!

  • educative and inspiring video!

thanke u for share it :)

    ++++++

  • that looks fun! is it complicated?

  • @guitarkittie no no-not complicated at all!

  • nice work out yes i got the bands. i used them for bench press

  • very impressive!

  • Does this put undue stress on the spine? I wonder about that looking at the angle and weight that the spine has to carry...

  • @saintfletcher with good posture and proper technique it shouldn't unless it's contraindicated for you, of course. The nice thing is that the band assists you here.

  • Lovely i love 2 do dat cool :) *****

  • cool

  • uhaaa yea work those gluts

  • This is a good video. Its a hard workout..

  • okay, that's what's what!! digs the song choice too...!! i'm gonna link this. thanx for the uploads, eherrick.

  • what is that, a rubber band? or is it on a pully, with weights?

  • @YouGoPro it's a band.
