Mate, I'm of the opinion that most fan vids on Youtube suck something awful. This however, does not. It's well thought out and extremely well edited.
If I may make two constructive criticisms, first, it would be that you should work on your sound balance, dialogue ALWAYS comes before soundtrack. Also, you needed a more definite ending to the piece, the fade out was a little awkward.

Love it! This was very well edited, there were no clashing sound tracks (that can happen when a piece is played with speech and music to a track chosen for the video and it ruins videos). I like the dramatic touch, and the blend from Rose's eyes to The Doctor's at the beginning was very cleverly done. :-)

It's up! Yay! Oh that is fantastic! I love that you added "i am the bad wolf, i create myself" at the end. It's just what it needed! I still love the intercutting between the 10th doctor's face and the 9th doctor's rose (linking the 2) So powerful!. :D xx Bad... wolf, she may be, but she is gonna be bad ass tomorrow night! oooo thats really good! i love how the story arc is 4 series long, and how they tie it all together... honestly there are some clever people out there. loved the video... very spooky and exciting!!! xxx
