I remember this like it yeasterday , I was in school it was my mom & sisters birthday . I remember we had a moment of silence after we sang the departing Canadian National anthem , which we sang everyday Morning O Canada & before last bell , God save the Queen . But on this sad day we had been called over the load speakers that there would be a a gym assebly so it was then we were told it was to pay our respects to those of the Edmund Fitzgerald .
