It's hard for me to tell for sure... but I think Toni Basil is one of the Lockers here. I know she did perform with them around this time (e.g. on SNL).

Excellent concept. Kinda looks like Sid and Marty Krofft trying to cultivate a black audience. I wonder if they used the same bull for every commercial. If so, I hope he had his own trailer and got paid union scale!
