  • So all laptops can be dropped, frozen, submerged in water... But does it work AFTER the testings? They need to show to consumers. They showed the screen for the water test, but my sub $1k fujitsu worked even during rain..

  • sexyyyy

  • @myukvisa Send me your contact information. I can get someone to talk with you regarding your hinge problem.

  • XT2XFR = Genius, Have one of these, has taken 6 Foot Drops, dropped down 12 stairs, and snow/rain covered more then once, not a scratch, ding, dent or otherwise harmfull effect. Simply and Truly AMAZING!

  • oh yes, it works, Believe it or not.

  • how much???

  • I have the XFR and it sucks... Dell xfr is the worst computer ever, has cost me 10.000 usd and several lost contracts/workhours/clients/projects and all my fxxing hair.

DO NOT BUY XFR, maybe try toughbook?

  • Where is it made? (look underneath..) Since Dell doesn't make any of their laptops (Taiwanese companies like foxcon, etc..) The XFR has striking similarities with the Panasonic toughbooks. I wonder if they just contracted them; like Motorola did with their rugged ML910 (MIL-STD-810) laptops...

  • @chachavessel actually dell makes their own laptops (assembly is mostly done in poland if you are a european customer)

  • Caindo na madeira fofinha dessas nem da graça... Pior se deixa cair num piso !!!

  • I want it...
