Fulham is a very difficult place to go which was proved by their ability to beat better sides than Liverpool in their journey to the europa cup final a couple of seasons ago. Liverpool were not unlucky; they were just another victim of the Fulham fortress. Sometimes you just have to accept that the better team won, which is not unusual with Fulhams home record. Both teams had good chances; Fulham hit the woodwork a couple of times too. It was a clear red card and Suarez is a cheat.
@sk0nz You're right. Doesn't matter if you hit the post or if you have 99% possession and the other team scored with their 1% posession. We should have put those chances away. 'Nuff said.
@jakxcombat Yes, we deserved to win, and we only ever deserved to lose to Tottenham. I think we deserved to beat both the Manchester clubs quite easily. We have the team. We can do it. This is a rebuilding gelling season, and I think next year is the real promise year.

I'm pissed with Liverpool more than with the ref. We show up against Chelsea and Man U, but play half assed against teams like Fulham? Too many drawn games that should've been wins, and I'm furious about it because if not for those draws, we'd be in the top four already. Okay, we're not the greatest squad, but if we can beat Chelsea, we've got no reason to draw with the likes of Norwich, much less lose to Fulham. What we need is consistency of play, which you can't get via transfers.

we're not good enough. it's been proven this season. draws to sunderland, swansea, norwich and defeats to fulham doesn't equal top 4. our squad is not as good as chelsea, spurs and even arsenal i'd say. kenny spent on average british players and we will do well to finish 6th. the carling cup is a bit of a mask on what has been a poor season. we're 15 points off man city and 5 of 4th place. also we have scored less goals than blackburn....that is poor.
One word - Frustrating! Suarez definitely needs back-up in the box. For as many defenders marking him, someone is bound to be left alone to put the ball in, and at the moment, Carroll doesn't seem to fit the bill. Not to count him out already, but c'mon. Patience is running thin. Bellamy and Kuyt came on too late. And why didn't Maxi get a few minutes in? Top Four looks highly unlikely.
