  • Just legendary. Such a beautiful design, such a sweet sound. I love Canada.

  • Yes you are correct - It was Air Foleyet, I bought it from them.

  • Those look like the air foleyet beavers. I flew one a couple years back while at lake Ivanhoe!

  • "He does really "spotzen".."

  • Love the way that engine sounds, regards...

  • Oooh that fan-tas-tic "Kapukka-Kapukka-Kapukka" when idling...sends shivers down my spine :P

  • absolutely the most nostalgic sound I know.

  • nice.. i love that sound and cant get enough.

the only thing that turns me off about the beaver is it has such pitiful climb performance.

i mean i know it gets off the water fast, but after that its less then average for the climb out.

  • what are you talking about? it's a huge plane to be on floats and it gets great climb performance despite it's size

  • @flyboy8492 Sorry dude, MrAndrew1907 is right, it takes off fast, then fly's into the trees..... climb performance is not great. just the nature of the beast. Don't get me wrong,I love the plane, one of the best.

  • right with 450 hp

  • Thats an old 9 cyl Pratt & Whitney isent it?

  • Yes, it is a PW Wasp Jr -985

  • mhhhmm music to my ears! :)

  • Awesome....
