Ok there is clearly two idiots in this video...the original truck driver that made the right turn to sharp (not enough turn radius and the trailer "tandems"...rear tires...not slide up far enough for the turn) and the second idiot...the one that is clearly holding a video recorder while driving his personal vehicle down the roadway....also called distractive driving.
