All power in this country is trickle up, that what our Constitution declares. I'll damed if Im going to let my servants seize me, my family or my neighbor. because they didn't have the mandate healthcare; If I ever see, find, or otherwise learn of a government bureaucracy any where in my town doing this, I will personally shut them down. I don't care if its a sheriffs office YOUR CLOSING DOWN .
