Got that right D3vil32! It's a disturbing PSA, but at least it informs you that bad choices affect those around us, damaging them. I personally think they copied "Happy Days", when Fonzie (or is it Fonzy?) jumps on an 'air bubble' in the linoleum flooring. AKA watch-that-belonged-to-the-poor-sucker-that-floored-the-floor.
It could have been a much cooler PSA if it ended with an exploding mushroom cloud shaped like a skull... OK, that's even more disturbing.
