In the event that employees get close to voting to be represented by a Union, bring in pizza, ice cream, have "employee appreciation days" and let them know that if the Union comes in, it will drive a wedge between you and us. Also be sure to have a mole that goes to union meetings so you can then fire people who are/were pro Union.

Make sure to spread half-truths on paper and then spread rumors about the pro-union workers.  It's the FedEx way!

@WhatCrass Fed Ex is getting closer to being a Union shop than some might think. I have had numerous Fed Ex employees ask me about what it is like being a Teamster and what it does for me.... It will be fun to watch.

There's an ongoing campaign at FedEx Freight in California.  Hopefully that will go well.
