Dee: "Well then this hospital is sure playing you for a fool because they got it stuffed in a cast and hanging in the air". Dee was hysterical! The cast on this show was the best! I miss seeing this show, and I watched it every Thursday night. Nice memories!
After the first season before the second one got filming, the girl who played Dee and her step dad got in a car crash, and it killed her step dad and Dee ended up with a nasty scar you can kind of see in later seasons. It's on her face or head.
I'm sitting here watching this biting my lip to keep from cracking up! I don't want to wake up my husband...I used to watch the reruns of this for YEARS! I remember the spinoff whats happening NOW and the other one where Shirley ran a temp agency I think...On saturday night whats happenin now would be on before Mamas Family and small wonder.
