The combine was designed and built by ex-Edaville engineer Steve Boothroyd in 2003-4 at the Railstar shop in Watertown NY. There is also a matching coach not seen in this video. The red car is ex High Country Narrow Gauge (Golden, Colorado)
I think I know where that engine is from! It's from a private railroad back in the 1950's that was owned by a mister William Willock (Jr.). The railroad was named the "Indian Valley Railroad" which was located on Long Island, New York. If you don't believe me, find yourself a copy of "Little Railways of the World" and look up the indian valley line. I'm sure you'll see how close it looks.
