The many many videos of the Ricky Gervais Show podcasts on youtube put to animated footage by fans makes you wonder how HBO came up with the entirely original idea of putting the Rick Gervais Show podcasts to animated footage.

Still, they remain funny and through that will probably reach a larger audience.

If it makes it any better, they were (ostensibly) doing commentary for Gervais' stand up DVD, which features Robin as a warm up act.

I recommend the DVD because there's about two minutes of actual commentary and most of the rest is Ricky reading from a diary that he kept...of Robin. That is to say that he kept a diary of what Robin was doing. It's one of the strangest and most hilarious things I've listened to (that hasn't involved Karl).
