Annually, the "healthcare system" in the US is among the TOP 5 leading causes of death in America... (surgical errors, wrong prescriptions,side effects, infections etc) ...ask John Murtha... I'm sure he also got special treatment for being such a big shot... So now I'm MANDATED to participate in this system????? Let's see... WHO is going to profit from all this...?... Hmmmmm.

i like how he assumes anyone without insurance is a freeloader. people cant possibly have no insurance AND pay their own way for hospital visits. is he going to require every child to make payments on a car from birth, even though they cannot use it until they are 16? auto insurance is different in the sense that it is possible to live without a car. what is the other option here? suicide?

How about the point that it will be a crime if you do not buy health insurance from a company, see the big picture, it's all business not humanity. Even a "Lower cost public plan" will be thru a big insurance company, 45 million more customers by government force. say someone w/o insurance falls off a bridge and is rushed to the emergency room and saved. he cannot pay for the care he just recieved. who pays for it???
