That is completely true, lube in Zhanchi dries really fast either maru or silicone spray I tried both, doesn't last more than 3 days with good speed and for me zhanchi exploded really much if I go rough because edge twists and torpedo no more protect from pops although I'm not that rough cuber. Because of these reasons I sold my Zhanchi and ordered Lingyun v2.
@jimmylovesrap - Just make sure you know that you can't use the colored cubes in competition. Because the pieces are each made up of more than one piece, and each of those pieces are colored, it allows you to see what color is on the other side of a piece when turning a layer.
good point I didn't know that, but actually I live in Mexico and here there isn´t competitions, anyways I want to improve my time and feel that I need a faster cube, I have a type FI pink but it so slow by my
@jimmylovesrap - WOW! You must have used silicone spray in your F1 for it to be slow. The F1 is one of the best cubes ever! The best lube for the F1 is Maru lube or a light amount of lubix.
