I bought this and it basically said join a gym and do a very basic routine. I could have joined the gym and had one session with a trainer. Please don't waste your money! I still get emails to buy new thing daily from them to.

SuckMy, you do have a point. But, what's better, being thin now, WHILE you learn meditation to control your urges and emotions, or MAYBE ALWAYS being overweight and frustrated? If nobody wore contact lenses, how many of the people with poor eyesight would die or kill in car accidents?
