  • But 4% fat isn't necessarily healthy. And it isn't necessary for true fitness. An extra five pounds doesn't make you obese, and it won't keep you from accomplishing any physical goals: i.e. endurance tests (Ironman, etc). Having some body fat (say, five to ten pounds) is actually good for you in that it will cushion your organs from the bumping and jarring of exercise and life.

  • 4% Body-fat is achievable but not sustainable.it always worry s me when people have a number in mind.actually 4% is medically quite dangerous so be-careful.

    being 4% body-fat might well land you in the hospital with immune problems and but I guess for a couple of weeks it should be ok.
