I actually thought MadChild had missaid Dr. Octopus (Villian from spiderman who has extra arms) Also does the extra same amount of arms action while saying the line - who knows? Could have two meanings also wearing a silver surfer based t-shirt we can see he's a marvel fan

@Danielllx3 OK, correction #2. Dr. Octopus only has 4 arms, not 8. So, he's not confused and it's not a double meaning. He is clearly making a Kool Keith reference and it's not debatable. If you look again, his arm gesture is showing 8 arms, not 4 like Dr. Octopus. (I myself, am a huge Marvel fan, btw!)

FYI: Dr. Octagon is a reference to the rapper: Kool Keith! It was from his debut album. "Dr. Octagonecologyst introduces the character of Dr. Octagon, a homicidal, extraterrestrial, time-traveling gynecologist and surgeon." (Quoted off of Wiki) Now you know!
