You said that you were firing at the target which was about 25 meters away (80 feet or so) but you only took 16 steps on your way back from the target to the firing line, and half of those were half strides going by the interval between steps.

My distance estimate is 35 feet.

Cool piece guys. I never considered owning a 454 handgun let alone a Judge but would start saving 4 1 but damn CA doesn't authorize it 4 sale. CA seem 2 b slow in allowing a lot of Taurus models 2 b 4 sale. Great vid.

can you fire 460 S&W in the 454 casull/410? since the 454 and the 460 are same diameter bullet and the cylinder is more than long enough for it I would think so. also can the 410 judge fire 454 casull? the normal judge.

Depending on local state laws that would be great for hunting. Where I live they only allows people to hunt with 4" or longer barrels. Some states only have caliber minimums or minimums for front and rear sight distance(usually 4"). That would make a great hunting handgun seemed to be fairly accurate.

I wish they would of just beefed up the defender to shoot +p 45 colt. The 454 is still cool but not compact at all.

For anyone who hasn't shot a .454 Casull... 6 of 6 in a one foot box at 25 meters is excellent. That round is just a butt kicker on both shooter's hand and target.

i was considering buying the Raging Judge Magnum until i saw this video... now im certain im going to buy it, haha, great video... any advice for shooting such a large handgun... ive shot 44 mags so im not completely unfamiliar with large handguns...

The grip has some extra cushion, its not bad on the hands when you fire it. Ear protection and hang on for a good time!
