A couple of months ago, I purchased the following kit: "Jeep Grand Cherokee Blend Door(98-04) Work done through the glove box. Today, I installed the kit in my 2002 Jeep GC and it worked PERFECTLY -- just like the instructions and videos showed. THANK YOU so much for the detailed video and written instructions and for making a product that REALLY WORKS as advertised.
