You do not have to flip the chicken but it is ok if you do. I think that some of my drizzling got edited out but be sure to drizzle every piece.

No, all that is used is the flour to coat. The skin gets very crispy, very delicious!

I noticed that you drizzled the olive oil on only the last 4 pieces? Thanks for this nice video. I'll make some tonight. Also, you didn't need to turn the chicken over? thanks again.
