My joy is going pornographic at this point, also just when I started working on making my own fighting game sprite moves..oh, the admiration is making me go crazy.
I can't believe you even made the song, fucking incredible.
How come you appear in the most unexpected places like a ninja?
I'm glad my visuals are causing an orgasmic response in your body and brain. This is always what I strive for in my work, and I'll state as much when I'm interviewed by David Letterman and the CBS orchestra.
Your Doctor Who anime is also first class. You should be proud of it. I would like to project it on a big screen during an art exhibition in Kyoto, as an exhibit.
How much resolution? We are thinking of a 4/5 meter projected image. Also, not an immediate consideration, but how would you want to be credited as the artist, and what price would you put on intellectual property rights?
Well, I have it in 800x600 resolution, but can output it at any size.
You could simply credit me as Paul "OtaKing" Johnson (there are a lot of Paul Johnsons!).
Don't worry about money, etc... but I do hope to approach the BBC with the finished animation, so it might be best to only show an "unfinished" teaser at your exhibition.
Are you kidding me? I never met an artist that didn't need money.
Look, we can put the anime short up as a Piece for sale, and include in the contract of sale that it is not for reproduction or broadcast in any format. We can also stipulate that the artist owns the intellectual property rights (although that will affect price). I would urge you to consider putting monetary value on your work.
The only problem is that I can't legally make money from it, as I am using copyrighted sound clips and voices from the actual Doctor Who series. The only way I can get away without being sued by the BBC and Terry Nation's estate is by it specifically being fan work...
Don't worry. We'll use the approach that all musicians use when they sample other peoples work. Anyway, how are they going to make that stand up in a japanese court? I don't know if you know Japan, but japanese courts wouldn't give them the time of day. Copyright infringement is rampant here.
I suggest that you don't pay for the Dr Who thing, thus keeping it's fan work emphasis and if you want to support Mr Johnson in his artistic ways, then commission him to do a token picture. In the long run, it saves a lot of hassle. Maybe a simple caricature/avatar. They are always handy!
Having it shown in Kyoto would be amazing. Be sure to take a picture, so we can all see it in situ.
That was cool, it looks very professional but that is because you are and I especially like the cheap rip off of SEGA I think a certain hedgehog will be after you tonight. What does the title say?
Pretty awsome! Nice night to day transistion. Music is pretty cool and it happens to remind me of an old top down flying shooter I used to have for the PC, but that was years ago and I have totally forgotten the name now!
Anyone got some coins? -_-' I really want to play this! :(

I've just thought, this would've been so much cooler if you'd have flicked between that and the high score list.

Haha! Indeed... but I would ideally like to actually get it used by the BBC so it's best not to annoy them.
A non-finalised version would be fine to show though. They wouldn't even notice, or care.

He does fully fit your perception of artist!
