@livingsocks you cant compare dir en grey to mad capsule. mad is straight ahead balls rock and dir en grey is more colorful but also with a dark edge style of music. they come from different backgrounds. you can compare mad capsule with Powerman 500, i can see that.

IMO, Dir en Grey are way better, deeper, more complex and more passionate about their music, but I would never say MCm sucks balls compared to them just because I prefer their music. It's alla about having some respect for each other and if it's possible, a bit of musical taste. : )

Man, Mad Capsules are a double edged sword, half the stuff i hear has a metal sound, the other half is sorta 'happy punk'. I love the metal side and despise the punk side. Wish more of their tunes where as rockin as this.

I think it would be boring if they were just metal, seeing as where they come from.. they started as a punk band, they continued to have those influences to this day.
