lol i tried making one of these once... but my camera didn't make the pictures move right even when i sped it up, and it waisted about 4 hours for about 2 minutes of the movie XD.. now i just animate on Flipnote on DSi XD
It's simple how you do it... It's probably a frame by frame shot. And how you would draw the pictures is move them how they will travel slightly. You can do it like this(frame by frame) or on a smaller scale you can make a book and just flip the pages... It's pretty good. God Job.
Its a flip book loottss of pictures slightly altered so when they are flipped through fast it looks like an element of them is moving.. or a flippy book. :P
If you're still makin cartoons, which I somewhat doubt, you should use a layered type of background. The scene with no buildings wasn't very good and cold have been infinitely better with a layer system.
