You guys are all douchebags... It's probably better than you can do.. Besides.. It's better to play something slower, simple, and, most importantly, tastefully than be all over the damn thing and sound like crap.. Even if it doesn't sound like crap, who wants to hear full throttle all out all the time..? Besides.. this particular piece of information would be very useful for someone who is just learning... Well, ehm, when you sort off ehm, 'slap', you usually don't play the octave because, like, ehm, that sounds sort off bland.

What you would do is try and put some of the accents from the chord you are playing in there, which makes it sounds like ehm, sort off musical, which you probably are trying to make it sound like considering you are playing an instrument.

Please stick you what you normally play (probably guitar)

Slapping sounds good if not better when going from the root (bass note)to the 8th (octave) then quickly switching to the 7th(the note under the octave)
