  • Actually the U.S. never sold direct chemical to Saddam, only Europe. The U.S. sold dual weapons to Saddam which could be made out of chemicals but the vast majority of direct WMDs came from Europe.

  • saad that americans still are blind for wath they do to the world

  • evry time americe fuckers

  • ", one day the the world will turn its back on the US if their government continues their policy like these.. the US will forge its own undoing..!

  • @falutak we are doomed for what we have done

  • if sadam was alive now he will bet all the countries he have kids! army!!!!

  • why doesnt CNN show the massacre by the Israeli's ? Sabra and Shatila , they were human rights violations , were they not ? or will Americans always overlook the crimes and massacres done by their allies, Israel and formerly the Khmer Rouge ??

  • most powerfullest countries in the world are looking at the world from a political or value view rather than a humanistic one, this is very scary!

  • These CNN reports are nothing but propaganda to minimize the US role in these atrocities. Sadam Hussein has always been an asset of the USA since they helped him com to power in the 1950's. The USA helped Iraq acquire the gas he used on the Iranian and Kurds and then act surprised at the result.

  • European and US was selling the chemical weapons to Iraq. Now they are blaming the Saddam or Ali for using these weapons????......This is bullshit....

  • All the crimes comitted against humanity

are result of keeping silence ,toward the armenian genocide, that was the begining ..

EVEN Hitler said , WHO REMEMBERS WHAT HAPPEND TO THE ARMENIANS

  • @Avetisahkyans Yes! I know! And the Germans played a key role in the Armenian Genocide as well. That is important too note.

  • @Avetisahkyans Agreed. They continue to happen because we (meaning people in general) allow them to.

  • this is not news the US has had a finger in supporting and supplying tyrants and mass murderers for ever just look at Nicuragua or hell look at all of south america look at asia/ africa they still support tyrants such as Saudi Arabia or Uzbekistan

  • Realistically, Ottomans made a mistake by allowing those people of Orthodox Origin practice their religion, culture and language freely. Orthodox Church did nothing but fueled hatred against Turks in Ottoman Empire. Obviously, One thing lead to another some rotten apples ( ARMENIANS ) got perished in between.

  • wow im a iraqi n i never knew how the war start or who was helping saddam that really fucked up buh fuk the fuck the US!!!!!!!!!

  • cccccccccccccccccccccccccc omg man fuck america there some bicthes fuck all of them i hate them all

  • "Fuck" who all? Americans? I assure you that we are not all as ignorant as you may think. And speaking of, is it not a little ignorant on your part to make such a generalization?

  • you´re an ignorant idiot!!! you hate every single american just because american politicans fucked up? Why are you even watching this documentary? you´re clearly way too stupid to grasp the point of it!!

  • heh.. now I really know why the U.S. is not a member of the International Criminal Court... we are too afraid we'll be tried.

Amazing how many Americans dont know that the Reagan administration supported Iraq/Saddam AND Taliban/Afghanistan

  • @lost2darkness How could Reagan support Taliban, if they didn't even exist during his time, you idiot!

  • @Lachausis The Taliban was formed by the militias that Regan supported financially. Nice try though ;)

  • @lost2darkness USA supported Massoud, who later formed Northern Alliance. Taliban was created by Pakis years later. Learn your history. It's easy to dig facts about Afghanistan. Just use google.

  • @lost2darkness : The US Country themselves have the worlds top murderers in their own country. The people themselves hate the System & the Goverment. Still in USA guns laws are not passed. So if they did become a member of the International Court it would be a bigger disgrace & insult to the world!!!

  • @kimmulakshmi Although I dislike a number of things about my country, I find your assumptions to be pretty off-base. Not all Americans are hateful, and only a very small percentage of use have guns. If you understood the power of the lobbys and fear-mongering that politicians use in this country, you would see why the laws have not changed. I do wish the standards we make would also be applied to ourselves, but unfortunately, the rich and powerful in most places escape justice.

  • I'm supposed to be sleeping but I came across these videos and I can't stop watching. Btw, thanks "ignoredvoices" for posting these.

  • Same here. Was too tired to do my coursework, so was about to sleep when I chanced upon this.

  • Same Here

  • me too...gotta get up tmr but i am still here watching.

  • @Nambajjwe same here it's 5:30 in the morning as I watch this. gripping!

  • @Nambajjwe me too. I was going to be in bed a half hour ago. oh well!

  • It is astonishing how the perpetrators of thiese crimes were eventually put in trial and sentenced, but people who made it possible for the murderers to do their dirty deeds were left unpunished. Why was no one punished from the US side, those who continued to supply Iraq with financial aid? It seems that America is immune from prosecution even if it has (n some way, directly or indirectly) caused the Kurdish genocide. Shame on your race.

  • We weren't punished because we were not involved in those crimes, we only sent financial aid which we do for almost every third-world nation, including particularly the philippines.

We had to try to determine which was the lesser of two evils, and with even though some of the results were horrific, with the possibily of a nuclear-armed Iran in the near future, we may have made the right decision. But who can ever know for sure.

I wish we had not aided iraq, but Iran is a major threat too.

  • This is my guess as to why the United States still refuses to be a member of the ICC.

There is no American "race"... only identity.
