  • Alcohol and especially, tobacco are dangerous drugs, which should NEVER be used. Toxic tobacco smoke is also a most dangerous substance, which should rightfully be banned everywhere, of course.

  • smoking cigarettes is a stimulant? crack cocaine is a stimulant my friend, not cigarettes.

  • @Spyscience nicotine is the active ingredient in tobacco, which is a stimulant.

  • notice ur thoughts before you go to bed, good or bad. if they're good they'll b better after a good nights sleep. if they r bad they won't seem so bad after a good nights sleep. learn to let go. keep important papers or issues from catching your concious level thought before going to bed. a clutter free room is more compatible to a good nights sleep. keep coffee to the morning hours so u have the whole day to burn it off. don't take sleeping pills or sleep aids.
