Just signed up to You Tube to say that this cyclist is a real plank. Type of person who gives other cyclists a bad name. I doubt that there is a law even in the US that says that pedestrians have to use a crosswalk, there certainly isn't one over here. The pedestrian would have been perfectly visible to the road users who were heading in the right direction even if he was crossing from behind a van.
wow that cyclist is a blithering idiot - he's riding into incoming traffic. Sure the walker isn't using a crosswalk but I doubt he's expecting superspoon to coming shooting down the road in the wrong direction...
