Interesting to see the difference between a British and American documentary.

The Americans would briefly mention the French - quite possibly coughing audibly over their achievements - whilst managing to aggrandise themselves at the same time. Then you'd have a jump cut to 1955 with a montage of strategic bombers and hydrogen bomb test footage. To remind the peons who's boss, you know?

@beastatlay I agree with you completely, i think the difference may be in the UK we've already achieved more than enough to need to say how good we are every 10 minutes in a documentary. British accomplishments speak for themselves.

Jeez, what's with the aggression? I was simply pointing out that on every other video about air forces the comments are filled with pathetic rubbish about how that person's air force is better than any of the others.
