yea mine looks exactly like yours. he was the second day i found him but its bin 3 days since then and i havnt seen him filter feeding. at the moment i have no fish in the tank just him. i wil be getting more fish on tuesday as that is when my lfs open back up again if fish will make any diffrerence. i have checked all of my levels and that just in case. if all fails i may try some of them pellets that you used dont want him starving.
New Era, marine pellet. but he will take anything he can fit in his claws! they are actually filter feeders so they shouldn't need much additional feeding. As long as you see him filter feeding (holding out fan type things) then he is happy! Have a read up on them, they are actually a type of squat lobster not a crab. Make sure its definately a porcelain, as there are many types of crabs that "hitch" on live rock.
What was u feeding your crab? i bought some live rock the other day and have just notice that i have got one now loool nice freebe but i wana keep him alive n could do with some advice ??
